no in the interviews rs said that yrkkh is trilogy and last season needed intense ml. He just wanted to complete 5k episodes. I heard channel wanted to revamp. So may be last season was supposed to last season. But since he did not reached his target of 5k episodes they had to get g4 and they hired actors in hurry.
The clauses can be normal but channel modifies clauses based on actors. Like i heard colors has clauses that actors who work in that channel has to complete atleast 3 projects before taking any show in next channel.
If i take example of shard malhotra. He did kasam, naagin and khatra khatra khatra and then he took muskaan in star bharath. Similarly other actors too have to work on 3 projects. But the clause was modified for bepannah cast.
So it depends on cast and actors. As if they need some one they had to give up on some clause if actors don't agree to it.
Of course, contracts can be different for different actors. I am not arguing that the season was supposed to be a trilogy. It may well be the case, but things change quickly in the entertainment industry. In a single day, a PH may have to revamp the show due to actors quitting, low TRP or any other issues. A legal contract works on ifs and buts and any future conditions or issues that may occur. That is how contracts are framed, thinking about all the conditional and unconditional damages that may occur in future even if that is not what they planned for.
Having fbs in an ITV show is one of the most important things that they show on a daily bases. It is completely different from a show in UK or USA where fbs are not that important. ITV serials are daily soaps where they probably need fbs even after 2–3 years. I find it highly highly unlikely that this clause is not in an actors contact in ITV.
In this case, if channel and PH is using Pranali's picture then 100% they have a contract with her to use it. Same with the actor who played child Ruhi, and Arohi.
