These ad hominen attacks are precisely ad hominen attacks. People who are "leaking from sets" and are on the employers' payroll while these two are not. Actors who probably don't even have 5 scenes with these actors are also giving their two cents on this issue lol. Public spectacle of ex-employees is not standing up for your crew lol. Pratiksha(?) was fired for non-performance according to reports. What is the metric of assessing something subjective like acting? Is it a quarterly assessment? Was it fairly done? Was she given a notice period to look for other jobs so that she doesn't starve to death or become homeless in a city like Mumbai?

If these two were fired for dating or inappropriate workplace behaviour then that would definitely open up wrongful termination/workplace discrimination suits lol. Makeup room mein jaate the amounts to nothing lol.They should have been reported, investigated and fired if needed after a due process.

Actors have dated and even gotten married while working on this show. If it were the FL and ML dating, the production would have milked it to death for promotion.

I say this as someone who stopped watching this show because Armaan is an utterly spineless snoozefest.

That's the thing, employer can decide if they want the employee to work during that particular 30-60 days period or if they will be compensated for it. In 90% of the cases the employees are asked to leave then and there, and they are compensated for the next 30, 60 or 90 days according to their contracted pay. Sheh and Prat were removed immediately, it means they will be compensated for the next month or two.

First two months Armaan had wooden face

3 month may be better ...He suits with Ruhi more ...He was happy his name is being linked to Pratikhsa because she is a good girl ...I heard him telling on the interview 😉

Shehzada and Pratiksha are contractual employees and not on the payroll of the company. As such the terms and conditions of the contract will apply to them. Normally there is always a clause that in the event of sudden termination of the contract by either party, there will be financial consequences of some sort. In this case, Shahi may have preferred to pay them severance most likely. We are not party to the terms of the contract and can’t really speculate on those beyond a point. The bottom line, two young people royally screwed up an opportunity that so many other talents out there would give an arm and a leg for.

yeh actors real life mein bhi armaan ruhi hi nilke...😂 .bas poddar house se nikaale jaane se pehle...show se nikaal diye gayee...😂

dekho yaar, i m not sure kya hua kya nahi....sad feel ho raha hai.......but aap ki post padh kar aisa hi laga...😂
