Aren't these boilerplate clauses in every field in most countries? No company let's their employees work after they have terminated them. Why would they even so that? Companies only compensate them. There is no way legally RS or the PH is wrong here. The only thing they could have not done is terminating in front of everyone which is again a humanity thing not a legal one.

Yes, whatever the legal mandate is, the clause would have mentioned that. There would be lawyers to look into things like that and the contract would have been vetted by both parties. Most actors are managed by agencies who handle these things for them.

When actors are replaced or leave shows, the parting of ways is rarely harmonious. There is a lot of acrimony and bitter exchange of words. That is nothing new. We don’t know whether other actors have been given their marching orders in front of their colleagues. It may or may not have happened. But such a move in front of them is done for the express purpose of sending out a very strong message. What triggered the need for such a seemingly harsh response is something we may never know!

TBH....this termination of contract and quitting happens everyday in corporates.Employers are the one who hired you so they do have the authority to let you go if your behaviour isn't appropriate or you not up to the mark. I don't see any issues with that. It's just that doing that infront of everyone is humiliating even if they wanted to send a strong message, could have been avoided.

They don't look that level of problematic people that they receive so many warnings and they ignore it, and bcoz of that they are thrown out in just 15 minutes infront of everyone with such hyped media publicity! None of the BTS looked like there is this much tension between the crew and Sheh..

As I mentioned previously, either something big would've happened that RS had to do it... Or RS had previously made up his mind and waiting for a chance to do this, may be bcoz of his ego... He might have warned them mildly once or something, which these two might have not taken seriously.. and continued the same.. That fight with AD might have triggered things and RS did what he wished to do!

Tbh, I can't digest this repeated warning thing, itna bhi kya ghamand that too against a big name!! He can't be that retarded!

Well for some time Sheh and Prat stopped giving ivs together but later they started doing it more frequently. So I think they did get warning and followed the protocol, but once they felt their position more secure due to gaining popularity, they reverted back to their old ways.

One more thing however they are this thing is better Pratishtha, Shehzada and Direct cut production...others actors of the show should remain quite in the matter of this...

This is none of there business to speak ill about them ....they are like this they are like.... Seriously dude till yesterday you all guys are making real together and sharing a fun segment... Just let things go with good notes.... They to console them and support them in their misery..
