The above family is Pratigya's family. Her parents, brother & sister. The lady screaming is her sister in law from both the side, Pratigya 's husband's( Krishna) sister & her brother's wife.

Pratigya's husband 's family is Gunda's ... including her husband Krishna whom turned into good after marriage

About the context as far as I remember I think other one is his girlfriend but he had to marry the screaming lady as his sister is also forcefully married to krishna
