I think IVs on sets got fine tuned after couple of lectures and bashing sessions by RS. So he's talking according to their instructions. He has more control over his Insta account than IVs on sets because it's his personal account. May be here he's trying to promote what he wants which is Ruhaan but by including Abhira also for obvious reasons Anyways this is just my pov
