I didnt felt that she has problem with Armaan sharing his feeling with Ruhi but more like not sharing with her as well.

I could be wrong but I feel since Armaan is basically only one left fake husband/a friend in the name of relationship. She has started getting attached to him. She didnt like Armaan sharing their relationship details, about her to Ruhi. And I think may be in her mind she is like why only ruhi.
