That's the main reason for Gen 3 becoming a flop. Even though they made their female lead move on, the focus was still somewhere in the storyline of the female and Male lead both, and since they couldn't merge it, ultimately they killed the cameo, then the male lead and immediately did a Gen leap.

Even in Gen 2, Naira died but Karthik remained.

So, both the leads are equally important, even though the focus might be more on the female, because of the women centric audience.

It's incredible how despite all the unnecessary hate, mocking, and those relentless c-grade media portals hoping for the show's downfall, Samriddhi and the team managed to rise above it all. Bringing the show back to the top 3 from such a hostile situation is truly commendable. Kudos to them for their hard work.

I agree totally the script is always the winner .. sitara has got this gold mine script which they are replaying again and again in every channel

their only target audience is tv watching trp audience…soo irrespective of experience actor/actress or newbie their success is in hands of trp audience which channel and makers realized very lastly

Tbh no one but samriddhi deserves the credit for this increase in trp. It's because of her people feel connected to the so called legacy even when she was no where in gen3, she emulates og rishta vibes, and akshnavir perfectly with just her smile. Ruhi is also improving, ig college track will get them 2 spot easily.

I absolutely despise this disgusting love triangle story but I’d rather this show get high TRPs than Upma or Ghum Ganja!
