The Female Lead Of Ghum which is what this season is based on. Abhira is similar to that character. She was also fiery but turned into a doormat later on.

That’s what bothers me too. I loved Sai. And Abhira is also like her in essesnce. But I don’t like the direction her character is taking right now.

Everyone was worried for Rohit.

None seemed to care about Armaan except Abhira. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sai's had her fair share of doormat moments too. When Virat manhandled her for wanting to meet Pulkit Big argument, he forbade her from going to an 'unknown' professor's house. Virat even went so to remind Sai that the money she was using was his. So He went as far as telling everyone not to feed her, made her stay hungry, then pulls a 180 with cotton candy and an apology, Classic. Sai briefly dipped into depression, but sadly, she bounced right back into the arms of the same toxic in-laws. So, while Sai is undoubtedly strong-willed, she too has had her fair share of doormat moments. No ITV FL are spared.🤷‍♀️

Sai was fierce and instantly likeable. She didn't give a damn about her toxic in laws nor did she run to Virat with ice packs or sulk needing his attention. All she cared about was fulfilling her dad's dream: of her becoming a doctor.

I agree with you that Abhira is nothing like Sai thank goodness cause both situation

and shows are different and doesn't require Abhira to be as defensive as Sai

Now where is Abhira mahaan, cause she's showing care to someone that she see injustice

is being done to them after he pours his heart out to her. Abhira doesn't know why Rohit is mad and she doesn't need to know. We enjoy seeing Armaan get slapped doesn't make it right, so in Abhira nature she just going by what she sees and accident or not Rohit needs to apologize to Armaan and admit those cigarette was his not Armaan

Abhira as she said isn't bechari but doesn't mean things won't hurt her cause she's a human being and what will matter is how she rise above it all and reach her goal of her education
