I might be overanalysing things, but all this must have been due to HC not renewing the contract else the take by Rajan during Jay’s exit was Abhira’s intense romance. I feel Jay’s exit also must not have been this quick but because they wanted HC to stay back, they pré closed Abhinav character thinking HC might renew the character and they can show abhira romance. HC for whatever reasons didn’t renew his contract so now they have no option left other than to show pregnancy track to have gen4.

Lol if they are still expecting people to believe any voiceover about destined Abhira after the way they have shown the FL being so casual about moving on from consummation with second husband, being so blasé about remarrying first husband, being blasé about love and emotions in general - then makers are really deluding themselves .
