Episode begin with the angry father Prashant brandishing a pistol and threatening to kill Abir unless AbhiM is brought before him. Entire team of doctors arrives there n protest n plead but the guy remains firm and threatens . He fires a round . Aks then picks up a hand sanitizer and sprays it into the eyes of the Prashant n his eyes burn , the moment he loosens his grip on Abir he is grabbed by Aarohi and everyone runs away from there n hides.

The guy Prashant soon recovers and threatens to kill . All staff and patients n visitors at Birla hospital are seen running helter skelter trying to escape from the guy brandishing a pistol. In this mayhem Abir is left behind n he searches for his lost mother n Maasi . Everyone notices missing Abir n they search for the child . Aks finds him, she grabs Abir by the hand , hits the angry guy with a food tray and momentarily disables him, she rescues Abir n orders him to run away . As Abir hides Aks deals with Prashant . Prashant holds everyone hostage inside the hospital.

Parth decides to keep watch through cctv watch . All keep in touch through mobile . Everyone else decides to rescue all the inmates by the back door . Anand decides to call the police .

Police arrives but is unable to enter as Prashant has locked all the doors . Goenka family reaches there, police prevents them from entering . All patients and paramedics n doctors are hiding.

Prashant is hunting Abir, Aks tries to rescue him. They get separated , Mahima grabs Zabir n tries to escape but Prashant outruns her n over powers Mahima . Aks uses flower pot to hit Prashant n rescues Abir and Mahima.

Soon Aks is horrified as Prashant grabs Abir .

Aks and Abir confrontation and clash , Prashant threatens to kill both .

Aks asks the guy to spare Abir and kill her instead because he was mistaken AbhiM loved her the most because she was his wife !!

AnhiM reaches the scene n pins Aks to the wall n confronts her , Aks is shocked . Police team arrive, disarm Prashant n arrest him n take him away , he still vouches his revenge .
