The thing about Arohi is that she hides her desperation to marry him behind the excuse of Ruhi😆....so if this topic does come up again, she will again claim she is only willing to go along with engagement for Ruhi's sake.

This is why engagement needs to be broken by Ruhi to take away that excuse from Arohi otherwise she will keep using it from time to time....lol

For now, everyone seems happy with the current coparenting arrangements since Abhi is managing both Ruhi and Abhir well. Tension will only start if at any point Ruhi starts feeling neglected again.....but right now even Abhir is busy with his own issues so that's not a problem. They are both happy with whatever time they are getting with Abhi.

Tension only starts cause the writers keep flipping characters. At the start Ruhi seemed a spoilt brat making unreasonable demands and asking for Dashi and abhir seemed sorted. Now they have switched. Current Ruhi won’t feel neglected. But writers can flip her too. Ideally if you see she has been told that Ab is abhir father. Now she isn’t asking for Dashi. AB can explain it to her. But they won’t show any of this. It’s I dunno the whole concept is so not right from the start. Just like I don’t quiet like AB listening to all the crap for AK and Abhir similarly don’t like AR being so desperate. I don’t like her character from the start. But just in general no self respect I can’t take such ppl in real life too.
