There has been not even a single scene and incident that can prove AbhiM was jealous of Abhinav for being her husband or Abhir's fake father ( the BC was fake hence fake father and not foster) infact Abhimanyu Birla made sure to always appreciate the upbringing of Sharmas, he invited them to school admission, he brought Abhir to Goenka house before weekend.

So yes there are plenty of incidents that a good lawyer can prove that this accusation of murder is a tactic of taking revenge.

There were many dialogues shown in the show which hints abt akshara taking revenge.

1. Jab bathana tha thab suna nahi ab jab sunna chahega thab bhi nahi bathaoongi.

2. Tum uske docman ban sakthe ho, uske mausa ban sakthe hai lekin tum uske papa nahi ban sakthe. Which clearly shows she found a papa so that abhir never be able to choose his real father.

3. She had all the time to call goenka's to tell them she got married but she had no time to inform she still has one kid alive.

4. If she had no regret in changing father seena thok ke kaho i replaced the father from child's life. But she was so scared and chose not to visit birla hospital when her kid was in the verge of dying.

5. Her first concern about hiding abhim about kid was not giving her divorce. Not shouting at her but not receiving a phone call. 😁

6. She could have left father's name as empty in bc. Court allows it. But she wanted to fill it so that no one will ever be able to know abhir is Abhimanyu's son.

Adding to this eye witness is an old man with eye sight issues directly related to someone who is constantly trying to take revenge from him for rejecting her. Not reliable in IRL

1. Akshara cannot be held responsible for Neil’s death. In fact they both were there at the same time where one got injured and the passed away. Those who killed Neil would be considered responsible for his death. Law looks at proofs not feeling or assumptions. No one can prove that Akshara provoked or forced Neil to fight those men.
2. Akshara’s call records are enough to prove that she tried to inform Abhimanyu and he didn’t want anything to do with the child. Her making Abhinav the father without Abhimanyu’s consent can be a case but it’s not a felony it comes under infraction where she can be fined especially if she’s able to prove that Abhimanyu abandoned them.

3. He was Abhinav’s client so him inviting him home was wrong in what ways?
4. She contacted him as a doctor because she was told he’s the only surgeon who can help her son. They went with a different surgeon before but then weren’t left with any other option but to go to Dr. Birla. Again he’s a doctor and thats his job. When they decided to go to USA he didn’t let them and asked the doctor to come to India lol.
5. Thanks to the judiciary system for failing lol who gives custody based on financial grounds. But even if it wasn’t logical it’s good that it happened which opened Abhimanyu’s eyes when his son chose Abhinav over him. You can’t lure kids into your luxuries and that’s exactly why custodies are not given on financial ground. Parents have to pay child support if the other parent is unable to meet their financial needs and have visitation rights because courts always wants both parents in kids lives unless they are of danger to the child.

6. Abhinav never wanted to stay friends with Abhimanyu for his personal gains, he always wanted to co parent and wanted Abhimanyu to be part of Abhir’s life. This is what was exactly shown in the show.
7. Akshnav could have always denied Abhimanyu to stay there. The right to deny service to anyone is any business’s right but they allowed him to stay at their place. He rented it out no one said he stayed for free and helping out was his personal choice, no one forced him to do so.

8. Why would Abhimanyu be jealous? It should have been Nav no? Nav was the current husband and Abhimanyu was the ex but they never showed him jealous of Abhimanyu’s presence. The writers never wanted the story to go where two men wanted to fight or run after a woman. They never showed Akshara having to choose between the two. Nav was always her priority and Abhimanyu was never on the list. Akshara was loyal to her husband regardless of what relationship they shared.

So no if we look at all of this, it basically shows Abhimanyu divorced and abandoned, Akshara moved on, and they shared a kid together which they struggled to coparent. This pretty much sums up the whole thing.

Also, an eye witness is an eye witness and his statement holds a lot of value regardless of his age unless he was blind. The age is only being made fun of here lol in reality he would be a diamond for prosecution. If the man was able to get on the cliff where the incident was happening, how would defense prove he was blind or had weak eyesight to see but can get on the cliff lol.

Now we know Abhimanyu will be proven innocent. Maybe another person will show up as an eye witness or some type of camera, or Nav coming in Akshara’s dream telling her because it’s itv so anything can be possible. They might even take into account how the two shared a good bond despite the problems between Akshara and Abhimanyu and so forth. However, with what we have, Abhimanyu being guilty would be very likely.

Akshara is the one who still gave her respect after all she threw at Akshara. Lol. This woman's audacity. Threw her away, acted like she will catch some horrendous disease if Akshara comes infront of her, ensured she got thrown away, had issues with even her voice after six years, screamed at her every chance this woman got, tried to separate her from her kid. But now that her son is in jail, "Akshara has always been my daughter" 😆😆😆

Even on his birthday, this woman was upset that Abhimanyu was putting effort to celebrate Sharma ji's birthday.

Few days/weeks/months back, she literally explicity asked Abhinav to leave from Akshara's life, so her son can have a happy life with Akshara and Abhir, until she finds some fault in Akshara to throw her away.

Dailogue Number 3: "Do not repeat my mistake. Do not give punishment to an innocent because of your loss"

Did this woman ever realise her mistake before Abhimanyu went to jail? And ever ever try to apologise for her behaviour towards Akshara? The plight she put her through? Nope. Wait, did she even apologise to Akshara now? At this moment? No.

Existence of Abhimanyu

How is this guy hero/anti hero material? He is straight up villain with multiple personality disorder and traits.

Again, irrespective of Akshara can be deemed responsible or not for Neil's death, Abhimanyu can be deemed responsible for Abhinav's death. He was literally being treacherous and there is no way, his actions can be seen in any other manner considering he asked Akshara to come back to him, asked Abhinav to give Akshara back to him as if she is relay baton. And the way he behaved towards Abhinav by pushing him and screaming at him when he found about Abhimanyu.

The ma-beta duo, wah! I have never seen such a villainous pair taking a "positive role" in an ITV show. That too without any redemption.
