Who is responsible for abhinav's death ? - Page 13

In ‘while you were sleeping’ drama, there was a case of hit and run in which a child lost his parents. The prosecutor in charge also charged a drunk man who gave his car keys to his drunk friend and encouraged him to drive. He was charged with abetting the crime and went to jail. That case and this case has clear similarities. ( good thing I rewatching the drama)

Here, Dr. Sahib procured a drink which reminded the victim of his hometown; took him to a dangerous place for drinking; encouraged the victim to get drunk while he himself pretended but didn’t take a sip; did nothing to stop the victim when he went dangerously close to cliff; and made half hearted attempt to rescue the victim who precariously lurching at the cliff.

This is a fit case to charge the Dr. Sahib for abetting the accident, i.e., manslaughter, if not murder.

P.S. Looking at the poll results, it seems most of the audience think so too.😎

Akshara too took neil to the place where there was danger. Neil was not ready initially akshara said hum bhi parent banne wale hai. Tum agar mere jagah hothe toh kya karthe.

This made him feel he is capable of handling 5 gunde who are healty and carrying weapons. Instead of waiting for police.

Both the decisions are stupid but abhimanyu still looks sane as he took abhinav to celebrate where as akshara took neil to face danger. 😁

There is a huge difference which makes all your points moot. When Akshara ventured out with Neil, she didn’t go out with the intention to have an encounter with goons. They happened to come upon them which is not the case about which the poll is made.

LOL okay I guess it's unfair to blame Akshara and goenkas and Muskaan if they accuse Abhimayu, since majority here too thinks Abhimanyu is responsible for Abhinav's death. 🤣

Diya looks like most of the forum audience that claimed to really quit the show after their fav Abhi was butchered, actually quit as opposed to the rest of us hanging here just for the laughs.. poll is proof enough I guess.. abhi fans ka kya din aagaya😒
