Agar innocent hi prove karna tha to thora benefit of the doubt hi de dete lol. Even if his intentions were not to kill him, they were definitely to defame him because the smart, educated, and rich doctor had no other place to take Nav but to get him drunk on a cliff two hours before the surprise party he planned himself.
Imagine him saying I took him away because drinking was not allowed inside the resort. Bhai drinking karni hi kyun thi. That should have been reserved for after the party.

No defence for figment of imagination, you are saying that you know he is the MMC and therefore he won't be involved in the murder yet you are the one asking if there was any ulterior motive. When we know that they won't make him a murderer or someone who was planning something then all we can do is wait for episodes

My post didn’t say he is a murderer, it’s clearly stating more than being shown as a murderer, he’s shown as someone who was trying to defame his image. I know they won’t make him a murderer and probably not having any bad intentions towards Abhinav at all lol.

Didn’t Abhinav know/remember they had come on a family picnic with “kids” to drink to a level that he can’t go back to them drunk.

Well he is going to die before that anyways tomorrow but if assuming they were going back, the onus falls on Mr. Sharma. Why didn’t he drink to the level he can handle or if he can’t handle then refuse!!

An has been drunk multiple times and Ak is aware of his drinking issues so don't think there's anything to defame unless An had some secrets he was going to spill in the party, which I don't think is true because Jay said his character is leaving on a positive note. None gets defamed for drinking too much in this drama, Ak and Ar got drunk too, it is not considered a bad thing

Abhimanyu the adult knew he was going to take him back to the party with kids yet took him to a cliff to get drunk. Abhinav wasn’t emotionally distress where if Abhimanyu asked him to stop after a shot and he wouldn’t have stopped. If he was capable enough to dump his cup, he could’ve asked him to stop as well.

Abhinav had drinking issues is a new one 😂. Drinking occasionally (twice in 7 months) is not termed as drinking issues.

Drinking is a personal choice so can be bad or good depending on the person but Mr. Birla knew he would take him back to a party with kids no? Even if someone considers drinking as something good, it’ll never be “good” in front of kids. Abhinav and Akshara did not know they were brining Abhir to a drunk Abhimanyu yet they were questioned but Abhimanyu will not be questioned for intentionally taking a drunk Abhinav to three kids?

How are we even comparing Neil’s situation to this one and even if we do since you brought it up, Neil and Akahara went because help was needed but yahan kon si need thi for Abhimanyu to bring Abhinav to a cliff to get drunk? Was he in need of a drink? Was he sad or distressed? Especially knowing he has to go back to a party with kids?

Adults with kids get drunk all the time and go back home no? That’s what Abhinav was doing. He would have went back to his room because again he didn’t know about the party. Abhir always slept with them and he got drunk previously and went back home that’s not the point, the point is going back to the party lol.
