There is a whole thing going on where Abhir is gayab.

Akshara has fever and is on saline, on top of it she is not drinking, eating anything.

Abhi is listening to this conversation of not eating with Goenkas and then she agrees.

So he realizes that she agreed too easily and runs outside to keep the car ready, and sach main Akshara sabko ghanchakkar karke bhagi.

And then she is like "Abhir ko dhoondhne jaongi, Abhi se help nahi loongi, what car, i xan go paidal paidal in fever"

So Abhi said sorry for what he is about to do, picked her up and threw her in the car🤣🤣
