Was Ak stupid?
Yes, She was/ is/ will always be a stupid character for me.
Did she indirectly ask Neil to go and fight?
I don't think so... The look on her face shows that she did not have the slightest clue that Neil would go bare-armed to fight with dangerous and stupid kidnappers. Maybe she thought(like me) he would distract some other way.
Was she responsible for Neil's death?
Here, I can see why people think Ak emotionally manipulated Neil. But when I saw the episode Neil was also equally panicked from the first call. Both of them called AbhiM as though he would be any help. (Seriously... AbhiM is not Superman... what was with that?) That action alone shows that Neil was also stressed and called his father-like-elder brother for help. Then he called the police. Then the about-to-be-parents motivation. And getting out on his own to fight. Even if he was emotionally manipulated, then I am pretty sure she only meant to do 'something' and not 'hey go out and fight'. Neil was definitely not using his brains in that situation.
Was Neil responsible for his death?
98%... I decided to give 1% to the goons who worked really hard and the other 1% to Akshara for her emotional manipulation (if any) but mostly for her stupidity.
Did she feel guilty?
Yes, she did. We see her crying and apologizing to Neil many times. I don't remember the white day much because I only saw it once and I was just angry at everything. So I don't know if she apologized to Abhi that day. But she apologized for the kids. I know that.
Should she say sorry to Manjiri and AbhiM?
Yes, She should. She would have done it 6 years ago if they had allowed her. But she still could and should. But would it change anything? I don't think so. Clearly, her POV would not have been understood by them
Why is she not apologizing then?
Could be many reasons. Maybe they are saving it for a great reunion. Maybe the writers just don't feel like she was wrong. Maybe
Or maybe Akshara just doesn't feel like it because she doesn't feel her apology can fix anything. When AbhiM apologized for the Sirat Maa thing, she did not accept it because she did not feel it reduced her pain. Maybe she thinks about it the same way for Mother and Son. Whether it is right or not. That can be discussed. And besides this is Ak, I have no idea how her brain/mind or anything works.
Apology no apology and blame no blame..I think it's very difficult to exactly say who was more responsible and will depend on with whose eyes you are seeing show as. But I think both were idiots and decision taken was extremely stupid. It had huge cost of someones life .all I wish is she realizes that she needs to be more logical in life..she acts all emotional impulsive..doesn't think things through from all angles and those things can be handled in much better way.that act has consequences then people react and she is in pain and no self realisation at all..she doesn't think things through..and that's the cause of her own pain..her healing will take with self realisation. She just once needs to say I am sorry for your loss like we say when we hear about death of anyone related or unrelated to us. That will give some closure to everyone involved.

So if some one murders some one they should get married. If that's what you think then ok👍
PS: Not saying akshu murdered some one . 😊 just an example.
Murderer should be jailed... Domestic violence karne wale should be in jail too (referring to Parth) but like everyone else, including, Arohi sab Birla house mein ghum rahe hai... Like that's a jail 😆anyway..
But Akshu ne kuch kiya hi nai tha toh she isn't in jail... Iss jail mein bechare bacche phase hai...
i agree to you first para. But some where your second para is controversial statement. If you look at poll 20% ppl still thinks akshu still responsible.Originally posted by: shahsb_26

And akshu is totally responsible for her unborn kids death. Apology does not mean she has to do naank ragad infront of birlas. When you apologize you introspect what wrong you did and you promise you would never repeat it. If she just randomly thinks she is right she can kill anyone in future too thinking that her actions were right then one more life is lost.

Take 30% People 😆
And it's still about apologizing in terms of introspection only that 50+ has asked for...
@Bold - I strongly disagree with that... I can write paras for it.. But jaane do.. There is no point... Akshara did NOT kill anyone... It's just a strong word in my opinion for miscarriage and accident.. But I don't want to argue...

I was angry with her initially. But if you think with a cool mind, you cannot just observe things happening in front of your eyes and sit quiet. People who jump into this have a different mindset. And you do not think the worse. Think of a soldier who has a pregnant wife at home, he goes and do everyhting to save his country. He may die but he does not care. We can say it is his job. But life is precious and he risks his life everyday. He could have choosen another profession. But they are made of different mindset.
Exactly! Her humanistic actions maybe stupid, unplanned and impulsive but that does not mean she has killed people...
And some are just that by nature!! I mean, imagine that she could have died too, but that didn't matter... She just wanted to do the right thing..
abhimanyu and manjeri have always treated akshara badly..so it’s good that she moved on..in life there will sometimes be toxic people who will enter our lives..but eventually we need to leave those toxic people behind and move on as toxic people only bring unhappiness and problems in our lives.. abhimanyu and manjeri never see things from other peoples perspectives..they are selfish and self centred.. that mother son duo are a headache.. only grey shaded people like Arohi can handle them as she has some of their qualities… gentle kind souls like akshara and abhinav can’t handle that toxicity.. 🤷🏻♀️Originally posted by: SereneWorld
There's a thought experiment in psychology called the trolley problem. It presents a scenario where a trolley is on the way to hit many people but the bystander has the oppurtunity to svae them by diverting it to hit a single person by changing the track. Variations of this exist but ultimately its a save many/save one situation. People still to this day argue on what the best solution is. Because such a scenario cannot exist in a vaccum, there are always factors affecting it in real life that helps the bystander make a choice. The factors include the emotional, physical and mental state of the bystander, his/her values, the way they percerive the world, their own nature, their reflexes, how they deal with stress among so many others.
Akshara has always been the kind of person who would take risk if she can save someone else. Be it not attending her interview cuz she saw a kid fall down and went to take care of him or jump into fire to save Abhi(she would have gone to save others before Abhi jumped to do so in her stead) or go into the jungle for a kid. Call it naivety, stupidity or whatever but this is the same kind of selflessness or moral duty we wish people have when a video goes viral showing people just watching or ignoring a crime happening infront of their eyes cuz they put their own and avoiding potention consequences ( like their loved ones well being) above the person/people suffering infront of them.
When Akshara and Neil found out about the human trafficking, there are a lot of factors that led them to make choices they made one after other. Like Akshara being anxious, guilty and feeling a sense of responsibilty for the girls cuz she should have been there at the location. Neil's first instinct was not to involve himself but he was about to be a parent himself, and as a parent he though couldn't let it happen. They tried other ways, called for help but then they chose to do something themselves. Those 20mins of wait could potentially lead to the girls being human trafficked. If they lost the vehicle then even if the police found them a day later, the girls could have been violated and tramatised for the rest of their lives, that is if the police could rescue them at all. Its not a pocket theif, its human traffickers who very well know to stay under the rader once they get away. And in a situation like this, some people tend to do their best and hope that everything works out. Naira saved people in similar situation while pregnant and things turned out well. There are many real life incidents that turn out well too. Akshara and Neil did too except it resulted in some unfortunate deaths as well.
Akshara and Neil made choices that saved many lives. Those girls will forever be grateful to these two human beings. Neil died a hero. He wanted Akshara to promise she would take care of his future child. He had nothing against her. No court would find them guilty. No law will find them guilty. They had only good intentions and selfless actions backing them up.
As for Manjari and Abhi blaming Akshara, they blamed her for the pain they were experiencing because of the loss that happened that day. Blaming something or someone when experiencing pain is a coping mechanism. Thats what they did. If Akshara did this, this or this, they wouldn't be suffering with these losses. The thing though, is Akshara herself is in pain atleast equal if not more. Physically, mentally, emotionally. She also lost her kids in miscarriage, her brother figure, went through that whole stessful human trafficing situation, saw Neil getting killed infront her eyes etc and then whatever followed just kept adding up. What Manjari and Abhimanyu did was putting their pain above and acting like they have to right to hurt others cause they feel pain. Arohi did the same in both Sirat and Neil's case. Instead of mourning the loss together and helping each other out. Arohi seems to have grew from it.
Also it was never about Neil alone though. If Akshara being Neil's murderer or killer or cause of death or whatever is the term then why were Manjari and Abhimanyu ready to take Akshara back into their happy family? Why did Abhimanyu propose Akshara in the temple? Yeah he did think they both still love each other. But isnt she the cause/murderer/killer of his brother? That no matter how many chances they give to each other it doesnt matter and many more things he said to Akshara on that day before he signed on the divorce papers. Why does he want such a despicable person? he should move one if he still loves her, to honor Neil's memory no? Same for Manjari. If she sees a perfect family in Abhira and Abhir or she knows Abhi stills loves Akshara, why does it matter when Akshara is the reason for their misery, a kalank and what not? If Akshara could be a part of their perfect family now, though till a few weeks ago they were against her, why couldn't she be in the days that followed the infamous white day. If their reactions were momentary in grief alone, they would have regretted and tried to find Akshara and sort things out. But their reactions stemmed from their thinking that their pain is above hers, and like Akshara very well pointed out and confronted, they didnt see her as an equal in their relationships. She was beti only in name for Manjari. While to Abhimanyu, though he says a lot but when it comes down to it, it was always his pain and his mother's pain above all. Akshara was not considered a part of thier family.
And more than anything, Abhimanyu's silence to Akshara's question at the end of temple confrontation says everything,
If [Akshara] died in [Neil]'s place, would he have treated [Neil] similarly?
P.S. This has been a ongoing argument for months, I never got to put my opinion on this alone but today I felt like I should. I dont expect anyone to change their views. Neither do I want to indulge in the same old arguments, so if you disagree, feel free to ignore it
Well there you go. Akshara asked neil for his opinion what would he do and she said she will do whatever he says as she was clearly in a dilemma.
Neil immediately without much thought said on humanitarian grounds that they both are going to be parents themselves so how can they leave another person's child alone in such a situation.
So on what basis are people terming akshara as neil's killer and that she should apologise when it is quite clear it was equally neil's decision as he too didn't think it was right to leave the children and akshara asked his opinion on what they should do and she also went forward with the plan to save the children after consulting neil.
Neither akshara or neil did anything wrong that day and akshara especially did nothing wrong and she clearly never forced her opinion on neil leading to his death, so how is she to blame? Funny thing is we know if instead of neil if akshara died that day none of the family members would have blamed or punished neil like what they did to akshara even though neil and akshara equally made the decision to help those children that day and endanger themselves in the process.
Everyone acts like neil had no part in any decision making that day and was forced by akshara to endanger his life.
Then when neil was stopping akshara to go out of the car to save the children, he just didn't want akshara to go but he himself wanted to go, so like topic maker said his decisions were independent of akshara's, only difference was he wanted to minimise akshara's involvement, but he had full intention of wanting to save those girls.
As of now 72% think akshara is NOT responsible while 50% think she should apologize guilty or not👏

Neil us jagah pahucha kaise?
Call toh Neil ko nahi aayi thi?
In case Neil lekar hi nahi gya hota ya cramps nahi aate toh bhi call toh aati Akshara ko unlogo ki and obviously woh jaati.
Neil saath tha isliye wahan tha.
Jab apki wajah se koi kisi problem mein involve ho jata hai toh ap sorry bolte ho.
Yahan toh woh mar gya.
Agar main kisi k saath jaun gaadi mein aur bolun k yaar zra bus 5 min ka kaam hai wahan lena aur gaadi puncture hojaye tab bhi muh se niklta hai k sorry yaar meri wajh se kaam bigad gya. Bht kaam bigad jaaye toh kaafi dino tak normal insan sochta hai k arey yaar isse toh jaate hi nahi. Jab dubara milte hain tb bhi muh se nikalta hai k sorry yaar us din meri wjh se apnbht late hogye hope jyada kuch na hua ho.
Koi yeh nahi keh rha k Akshara ne chaku lekar maar diya Neil ko.
But ek basic tarika hota hai to deal with situations like this jo chalo us din kaafi ajeeb hi mahol tha but Ab toh theek hai, maa maa maa kar skte ho us maa ko sorry nahi bol skte 🤣
