I read someone's post here in the morning that what happened that day could have been avoided and the situation could have been handled wisely. It was both akshara and neil fault for what happened.
of course, what happened with her was inhumane.
BUT saying the words that 'I wish he could be here with us. Sorry that it happened' or 'I wish we couldn't have gone out that day'. AFAIK, it was her pains or something but they were returning to home, I am not too sure.
Saying these words would not become less of her. It would give peace to arohi and ruhi who lost a husband and father that day. KM toh now doesnt deserve an apology now I think.
There's a thought experiment in psychology called the trolley problem. It presents a scenario where a trolley is on the way to hit many people but the bystander has the oppurtunity to svae them by diverting it to hit a single person by changing the track. Variations of this exist but ultimately its a save many/save one situation. People still to this day argue on what the best solution is. Because such a scenario cannot exist in a vaccum, there are always factors affecting it in real life that helps the bystander make a choice. The factors include the emotional, physical and mental state of the bystander, his/her values, the way they percerive the world, their own nature, their reflexes, how they deal with stress among so many others.
Akshara has always been the kind of person who would take risk if she can save someone else. Be it not attending her interview cuz she saw a kid fall down and went to take care of him or jump into fire to save Abhi(she would have gone to save others before Abhi jumped to do so in her stead) or go into the jungle for a kid. Call it naivety, stupidity or whatever but this is the same kind of selflessness or moral duty we wish people have when a video goes viral showing people just watching or ignoring a crime happening infront of their eyes cuz they put their own and avoiding potention consequences ( like their loved ones well being) above the person/people suffering infront of them.
When Akshara and Neil found out about the human trafficking, there are a lot of factors that led them to make choices they made one after other. Like Akshara being anxious, guilty and feeling a sense of responsibilty for the girls cuz she should have been there at the location. Neil's first instinct was not to involve himself but he was about to be a parent himself, and as a parent he though couldn't let it happen. They tried other ways, called for help but then they chose to do something themselves. Those 20mins of wait could potentially lead to the girls being human trafficked. If they lost the vehicle then even if the police found them a day later, the girls could have been violated and tramatised for the rest of their lives, that is if the police could rescue them at all. Its not a pocket theif, its human traffickers who very well know to stay under the rader once they get away. And in a situation like this, some people tend to do their best and hope that everything works out. Naira saved people in similar situation while pregnant and things turned out well. There are many real life incidents that turn out well too. Akshara and Neil did too except it resulted in some unfortunate deaths as well.
Akshara and Neil made choices that saved many lives. Those girls will forever be grateful to these two human beings. Neil died a hero. He wanted Akshara to promise she would take care of his future child. He had nothing against her. No court would find them guilty. No law will find them guilty. They had only good intentions and selfless actions backing them up.
As for Manjari and Abhi blaming Akshara, they blamed her for the pain they were experiencing because of the loss that happened that day. Blaming something or someone when experiencing pain is a coping mechanism. Thats what they did. If Akshara did this, this or this, they wouldn't be suffering with these losses. The thing though, is Akshara herself is in pain atleast equal if not more. Physically, mentally, emotionally. She also lost her kids in miscarriage, her brother figure, went through that whole stessful human trafficing situation, saw Neil getting killed infront her eyes etc and then whatever followed just kept adding up. What Manjari and Abhimanyu did was putting their pain above and acting like they have to right to hurt others cause they feel pain. Arohi did the same in both Sirat and Neil's case. Instead of mourning the loss together and helping each other out. Arohi seems to have grew from it.
Also it was never about Neil alone though. If Akshara being Neil's murderer or killer or cause of death or whatever is the term then why were Manjari and Abhimanyu ready to take Akshara back into their happy family? Why did Abhimanyu propose Akshara in the temple? Yeah he did think they both still love each other. But isnt she the cause/murderer/killer of his brother? That no matter how many chances they give to each other it doesnt matter and many more things he said to Akshara on that day before he signed on the divorce papers. Why does he want such a despicable person? he should move one if he still loves her, to honor Neil's memory no? Same for Manjari. If she sees a perfect family in Abhira and Abhir or she knows Abhi stills loves Akshara, why does it matter when Akshara is the reason for their misery, a kalank and what not? If Akshara could be a part of their perfect family now, though till a few weeks ago they were against her, why couldn't she be in the days that followed the infamous white day. If their reactions were momentary in grief alone, they would have regretted and tried to find Akshara and sort things out. But their reactions stemmed from their thinking that their pain is above hers, and like Akshara very well pointed out and confronted, they didnt see her as an equal in their relationships. She was beti only in name for Manjari. While to Abhimanyu, though he says a lot but when it comes down to it, it was always his pain and his mother's pain above all. Akshara was not considered a part of thier family.
And more than anything, Abhimanyu's silence to Akshara's question at the end of temple confrontation says everything,
If [Akshara] died in [Neil]'s place, would he have treated [Neil] similarly?
P.S. This has been a ongoing argument for months, I never got to put my opinion on this alone but today I felt like I should. I dont expect anyone to change their views. Neither do I want to indulge in the same old arguments, so if you disagree, feel free to ignore it

I totally agree with your post but I feel when ever she tries having the conversation with Abhimanyu he doesn't listen to her. She did try on white day when he went upstairs but he was angry. Later also was same problem. Communication has been biggest issue for this couple.
She did I feel with bade papa in one of the episodes or maybe not but I am happy how he supports her now. The reason I gave Aarohi and Manjiris name was because they both blamed her more and one lost husband and another son. But now I feel Manjiri doesn't deserve that.
I feel she need to apologize first to Abhir for breaking his heart and pushing him to Birlas house by giving stupid reasons. No matter how much I support Akshnav I still can't come in terms with horrible reasoning they gave to kid for pushing him to his legal father's house. No kid deserves that.
I think communication is Akshara’s problem with everyone. She assumes what other people may say or think and many a times gives up without making any real attempt. No one else is going to value her emotions or feelings unless she learns to do so for herself. Most of the times she has expressed her feelings has been as an outburst during stressful situations.
She still needs to talk to BP about what she heard him say to her friend and how it impacted her(even I don’t completely get her pov about it).
Regarding her equation with Abhimanyu - I feel since the first leap there have been trust issues between them - at their core their priorities are too different which made building that trust nearly impossible. Both of them had suffered and wanted the other person to see things from their perspective - it just made things worse for their relationship. There is a lot of pain in their past to let go of and accept things how they stand now. No idea where makers are going with the story, will Abhimanyu move on or redeem or exit from show - difficult to say.
Totally agree about both Akshara Abhinav needing to apologize to Abhir. Also don’t get why they didn’t get him to court to tell who he wants to live with - it would have made sense if Abhir didn’t know about the custody case at all or that Abhinav ain’t his birth father.
And for whom ak is responsible then birlas should have logged complaint on her and took her to court ……she would have gotten clear chit and will be appreciated for helping kids and birlas can be bashed for that baseless case….but let’s see if ak uses WD or divorces in higher court for custody
Interesting result makers can we get fl'a apology please 😛

I will not lie but when this happened I was angry with her for being impulsive and putting hers, Neils and babys life in danger. She really acts dumb at times.
But when I saw from real perspective then I thought death is something in gods hand. We do take wrong decisions sometimes or maybe it's not really wrong but at that time we felt this is right and went for it. No one is responsible for anyone's death.
She definitely didn't deserved the punishment she got but either way I think she could have had heart to heart conversation with Manjiri, Aarohi when they were in right state of mind in Kasauli. So I Voted 3 here.
Ps: But what Manjiri is doing to AbhiNav makes me wonder if she really loved Neil. Even she did same to him when his biological truth was out by making his own father hate him.
Nisha, why would you lie? 😭of course I wanted everyone to be honest 🤗 your views are always sane.
Now, not being a regular viewer of this show, I really didn't want to sound too biased or anything before making any statement. I know I usually relied on what Uma and everyone said about that day but today, I decided to just watch that crap once... Having no background of this show or Akshara's pregnancy, I still found her not responsible for Neil's death like Dr. Birla claimed.
The only 5% blame she can have is that she let Neil go... Instead of duo strategically Planning to stop the goons, they decided to just face them so casually.. Bass... Baaki, it was all Neil's karni... And both were stupid... I think her reasons were also that she would have been with them had her health not been so low. There was also a guilt and Neil seemed more like in empathy of parents.. Does not reduce their stupidity but acceptable excuse.
In Kasauli, for people to have conversations, one wouldn't remember past that can re-traumatize them specially when aim was just reunion 🤪

Anna Not everything is court worthy. She didn't kill him directly k court jaynge. No one here is saying she killed Neil.
Neil died that day. She was there. She panicked more than neil to jump. They didn't save the girls police did. Police time se nahi aati toh Ak bhi go gone went thi.
Would that be great if Neil was like aesa hai bhabhi main toh nahi jaa rha ap khud chali jaao. Call krta AbhiM ko bhai main nahi jaa paunga apki biwi sun hi nahi rahi 🤣
Like I said she can still say Abhimanyu Birla i didn't kill your brother but I am sorry he lost his life. I know this has hurt you and your family immensely.
I too miss Neil. I am sorry Aruhi, I am sorry Ruhi I agree we should have made a better decision but I am not sorry for trying to help those girls.
Things went down but I didn't deserve the treatment you all gave me so we are done.
Should AK blame for tragedy? - No, it was an accident. And in that tragedy she also lost something. She was also a victim.
Should AK say sorry? - yes, she should and she said. Intentionally or unintentionally we say sorry even after hit by someone. So she should apologize atleast from Aarohi.
She deserves punishment? No, she doesn't. I can understand that particular situation or mental stability but kicked from your or blame for nth of murder. That was inhumanity.
She should wait for him? No, never. He left her vulnerable so she should not wait for him but still just because she believes Abhimanyu so she tried but failed so she just moved on.
Why she is not angry with Aarohi? She is not angry with anyone. She is happy in her small world. She is not that type of person who hold grudges for lifetime.
Is she taking any type of revenge? No, she is not.
Did she did anything wrong to choose Abhinav for her child? It is completely dependent on each person understanding. She wanted a happy family for her kid so she just choose Abhinav. Who was not stranger for her anymore. He was there for all time for her. She found a luck and she picked that so she is happy now. If she rejected then she must have been like Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu apologize or he owes some apology - no he never apologize to AK for divorce. Yes he owes.
Should abhira reunite? - no even after apologize to eachother they are not meant to be together. It doesn't matter Abhinav dead or turn -ve or keep alive. A couple who keep promises but just broke up in tough time they are not meant to be together. Just say sorry, forgive eachother and move on in different direction.
Aarohi deserve hate? For what? No she blame first but she doesn't hold any grudges and try to turn herself into a better person for her child so she must not deserve any hate.
Abhimanyu deserve father right? Yes, he is biological father so that fact cannot change. But he must expect that from Abhir only.
Manjri deserve some rights on Abhir? No, she is only grandmother for him.
