Why would Abhimanyu go to jail if divorce is proven wrong? He did nothing wrong, Akshara was the one who ran away, so technically her getting into another marriage without showing her last divorce papers as proof of marriage over, that's against the law. So that's another on her name. She broke the Hindu marriage act.

Not just that.

Abhimanyu re-entered Akshara’s life only cause of Abhinav. If he hadn’t insisted that Akshara meet this new bhaiji friend of his, he would have never visited their home. 😂

Abhimanyu met Abhir also only cause of Abhinav. If he had insisted on Abhimanyu paying for his taxi rides, Abhir would have never confronted Abhimanyu. 🤣

This is such an awesome realisation. May be some day Akshara connects all these dots and realizes this too. Then she will have someone else to blame besides Abhi all the time. 😀

I am sorry but Abhinav has from start was aware of the fact that legally Abhir is someone else son but he accepted and loved him like his own. His one sentence is off putting honestly and then why backlash when the other party only highlights the things he himself says.

I find ur observation correct in context of what they had shown in the precap

Ak too lost the custody of her child , she's also gonna be away from her child...losing the custody for her would also entail she can't be an active participant in her child upbringing as she would have wanted to the only thing Ak has she's still Abhir mother on all legal documents

The statement does make one question that is that one paper the sum of the entire Nav and Abhir bond

What i found weirder in that statement is not Mein Abhir ka baap nhi rha but the Aap toh abhi bhi Abhir ki Maa h

How's his plight worse than Akshara just coz he's no more on the legal papers

I don't understand this ckt throwing a pity party for himself every episode

Is there r competition of who's had it worse

I just hope they play it out differently in the actual episode and if they do it exactly like that then this is a solo incident

Nav throwing a pity party for himself and crying in insecurity is a given in any situation where he isn't getting everything the way he wants😆.....so that's just baked into the narrative now. I skip those scenes cuz makers don't seem to know any other way of showing him.

He is always looking for assurances from Akshara cuz that is the whole basis of their relationship....she has been Abhir's mom since the moment he was in her womb....Abhinav is someone she APPOINTED as his father because he helped her out....his connection to Abhir has been through what Akshara TELLS him always....that is why his default mode is to go to her to seek validation of "Oh am I still Abhir's father now that xyz has changed?"😆.

Akshara may feel pangs being away from her kid but no one can erase her identity as Abhir's mom....lol sometimes I feel they give lame scenes of her questioning ki what kind of mom only visits her son on weekends just to make her a clone of Nav and keep him relevant😆. Otherwise her place as Abhir's mom is never under question by anyone and even in documents it will always be her.

Nav has no identity in this story other than crying for validation of being Abhir's father even after Akshara has spent 7 years propping him up and coddling him.....but now one piece of paper declaring Abhimanyu as the father (as he always was legitimately all along) is making Nav fall apart again😆

Since Nav's incessant crying never ends, no one seems to have the emotional capacity to even think about Abhimanyu's pain as a father who was mourning a child who was alive all along and kept away from him for 6 years.

WD tape recorder isn't going to erase the basic factual truth that Abhimanyu did not reject his child. Akshara knew he still thinks his children are both dead and she LET him think that for 6 years, LET him think that even after he got to meet his son without knowing its his son only.

On top of that she FLAUNTED Abhinav as a father in Abhimanyu's face, INVALIDATED Abhimanyu's emotions as a father even after he learnt the truth.

So it's quite obvious it is a deliberate choice to invalidate Abhimanyu's emotions and prop up Nav's endless crying and insecurity 😆....which is why the narrative lacks conviction. It is half baked and forced.
