Once Akshara clears charges after paying penalty custody retrial can be filed again in high court. Yes suppose Abhimanyu's lawyers put a counter charge of malice or intent to deceive then case becomes complicated.

Oh interesting. So in India BC doesn't have father's name or is not mandatory to write fathers name?

It's not mandatory to have father's name on BC. It can be left blank.

Thank you 🙏🙏

That was the intention of forgery here. Also doesn't it come under criminal offence??

But step father's name should be removed!!!

you can choose not to put the fathers name but if u put it has to be bio father in case you want to change it will be a separate process But law can consider circumstances like for an unwed mom if she wants to put some one else s name the bio father had to prove his innocence also in case of physically assaulted woman if she had to keep the child she may not even recognise or keep the persons name who humiliated her in the worse possible way then court will not consider it a flaw law is an interpretation as well and judge can consider humanity and grounds of the case

It does have a father's name column. But it doesn't specify biological father. Single mothers are not even required to provide a father's name at all. Whoever's name is on the birth certificate is the legal father unless contested and ruled otherwise by a court later on

Bruh the main clause there is "for the purposes of cheating". Birth Certification doesn't ask for the biological father's name. It is just assumed lol. It is not a crime for a mother to make a non-biological father the legal father if done with his consent.
