Why should he give up his rights. I didn't even get Akshara's words that Abhimanyu hume smjhta hai. But kya woh usse samjh rahi hai?

About Abhir obviously he won't want to leave Akshara and Abhinav he lived with them all his life. Infact agar woh kisi aur k saath bhi aese rha hota hai and Abhira aate usko lene both birth parents tab bhi woh yahi feel krta he is small kid. But it's upto all 3 parents how they managed the situation.

It's Abhimanyu and Akshara whose actions got them here and their baby. I won't blame Abhinav is baat par. He has no clue Abhira k beech kya hua who is right or wrong but Abhira knows and now that half truth aagya tha Abhir k saamne unko discuss krna chahiye tha kaise btate hain clearly Abhimanyu was not intending to back down like Nav said to mata ji k wapas jaaye move on karein and why should hi uska bacha hai he is not planning more kids so far.

Koi bhi normal insaan chahe ga apne bache k saath rehna uske life ka part hona.

But try to understand that moment when Abhir's mother needs his father most he was not there. Now please don't blame this for AK. Its not his fault that in the last seven years all Akshnav did is fought in front of Abhir of how much gareeb they are and how much his school fees is a tension instead of working hard and expanding their business.

Its also not his fault that they committed felonies while he remain law abided.

Its not his fault that in his teenager and early twenties he burned the midnight oil and became a doctor and earns well.

Also Akshara is literal heiress- gareebi ka foreplay kahin aur kare

I loved the way Abhimayu explained this to Arohi in one of the previous episodes. It makes complete sense!!

MERA rishta mila hai mujhe aaj. Aaj se legally, officially, kanooni tareke se mai uska baap hu and I am not guilty! Kisi ne bhi yeh socha ki apne bete ke baarein me jaanne ke baad mai usse apni zindagi ka hissa nahi banana chahunga, uski zindagi ka hissa nahi banna chahunga toh woh soch ghalat hai, mai nahi!

From today’s episode, looks like Abhir has no issues with Docman being his dad. His only complaint is that he doesn’t want to leave his parents and move to Birla house. Instead, he wants Docman to come stay with them like he did in Kasauli. I think this reaction is mostly because of the way the custody case and the truth was revealed to Abhir. He was not prepared at all! He is a child and he got to know the biggest truth today and he is unable to digest the fact that everyone kept this from him. While he is trying to digest it, the parents make it even worse by cooking up some insane reason to make him leave. Instead, the parents should have made the child understand that - Docman did not know until recently and he just wants to spend some time with you. Don’t worry, you are not going forever. We will keep meeting. Or something along those lines.

Now, even if Abhimanyu decides to let go of the sole custody and send Abhir to Sharmas (I honestly think they should settle with joint custody), or if Akshara “the lawyer” decides to re-open the case for sole custody, one thing that will never change is the fact that Abhir from now onwards will be Abhir Abhimanyu Birla. I think that by itself is a huge win for Abhimanyu. 😊

And she created a beautiful world no doubt but the base was set on a lie and that's why it's shaking now. This was Akshara's fault and not Abhimanyu's.

And now everyone is expecting him to stabilize the family Akshara has created. But uska kya?

Akshara found love again great she deserves that, she let their son call and think someone else is his father and he is okay with that too in addition he just wants him to know he exist too. He wants to be there, to buy him things when Sharma's couldn't coz why not. All parents wants to give their children everything they can afford.

Exactly- any kid will not want to go out of his comfort zone but the way Akshnav handled Abhir is literally pathetic!! The way they lied, made the kid feel like a burden, a tension, a reason of their poor financial condition is downright insensitive.

The kid has to grow up before his age but will be glorified for being mature when maturity is never growing before the time.

Abhimanyu always wanted co-parenting, they were not ready. Abhimanyu wanted to tell the truth because he know jhuth mein todne ki bohot zyada shakti hoti hai. Also Abhir knew half the truth, it was Akshara jisko Abhinav ji ye sach kaisi handle karenge ka darr tha and wanted to wait for the right time- right time? kab aayega ye right time?

Exactly he is being trashed to want to live with his kid- thats a first 🤣

Okay, so let’s talk about the first reason for the verdict. Lack of finance.

Akshara and Abhinav can go on and on about how they are barely managing finances and keeping things afloat with what ever money they are able to make in their respective businesses. They can make Abhir realize that he should not desire luxury because they can’t afford it. Abhinav goes around saying that he is a poor orphan. They themselves were aware that this would be used against them at the court but Abhinav was too proud to take Goenka’s help with the job offer.

And when the judge stated this as one of the reasons, they got offended. Like it was something out of the blue? Lol.

What fault is it of Abhimanyu that he is a successful heart surgeon? That he is from a wealthy family? That he has the means to raise a child while making sure that the child gets the best education?

It’s like Abhimanyu studied to become a doctor and earn money so that one day his money can help him win his future son’s custody.

Exactly. Abhimanyu is responsible for Abhir and his happiness - and we will see how he handles that. But he is not responsible for Sharma’s and their happiness.

Now Sharmas have the chance to do what they wished from Abhimanyu- go back to their lives and move on! I hope they reflect on it - what they wanted from him. Its easy to say it to the other person because you have everything.
