Why should Abhimanyu give up his legal rights as Abhir father?

Why are people expecting Abhimanyu to give up on his legal rights as Abhir father and give his rights to Abhinav on silver platter to change father's name on birth certificate?

I for one do not want him to be mahaan insaan, let him be selfish and flawed. He is the father whose right has been snatched six or seven years ago and he is not obligated to compile to that just bcoz Akshara Sharma and Abhinav Sharma have done it and are happy with their family.

A father is a parent too- he have emotions, legal rights and just how we can't ask a mother to give up her rights, why are we asking that from a father?

Mujhe aaj tak ye fanda hi nahi samajh aaya- we women were made to conceive and carry on a pregnancy by god- iss chiz mein, its not a man fault that he cannot.

Aur isme maa ka pyaar zyada aur baap ka kam kaise hota hai?

Only one reason..his own son want to live with akshara and Abhinav and consider them his parents..even after knowing manyu is the father..he don't have to give up his right..just want him to think about his son's feelings more then his and akshara..

He will do that- thats the premise of whole heartbroken and all itself.

Also, Abhir have been fed lies too- that it was Abhimanyu (real wale papa) who started custody battle and wants Abhir to live with him jabki aisa nahi hai. It will take time for Abhir too.

But my question why should he give up his legal right of being Abhir father? Why should he give up his rightful place and name on Abhir documents?

I personally don’t think he should give up his rights, but at the same time he should be understanding of Abhir’s situation too. He should not let his mother dictate everybody around as per her wish and needs to stand up and accept her wrongs. Then he should give everybody time to adjust, be it Abhir, be it Roohi or rest of the family. First of all, no judicial body would give such short notice in any type of case, thats just illogical to expect that a child would understand and become ready to adjust to a new environment after having spent most of his time with a different family and grown up to love them as a parent at such a short notice. At this point it looks like Manjari is acting selfish and Abhim is siding with her by not taking a proper stand, that all they care about right now is Abhim’s feelings who is a grown up adult, while sabotaging a 6 year old’s feelings in place of the same. Broken families affect children the most, it can damage them mentally and emotionally, and though initially we saw Abhim praying that court decision should be best for Abhir, reality is that it is not best for Abhir. Abhim also comes from a broken home and should know the best how its going to impact his child. So all that I am asking is him standing up against Manjari’s demands, and show slight empathy towards the child, not the mother, not anybody else, but the child. The child should come first.

kaha? Usko custody chahiye toh tha. Kairav ne restriction order lagaye they and Akshara ne usko bola u can meet ur son twice a month- why should a father accept that?

MG restarted the case and put a whole lot of stakes for Abhimanyu- he just fought back and won squarely.

They want him to live with them- joint custody or sole custody ki baat hi nhi thi-

He should definitely not give up his rights!

I loved the way Abhimayu explained this to Arohi in one of the previous episodes. It makes complete sense!!

MERA rishta mila hai mujhe aaj. Aaj se legally, officially, kanooni tareke se mai uska baap hu and I am not guilty! Kisi ne bhi yeh socha ki apne bete ke baarein me jaanne ke baad mai usse apni zindagi ka hissa nahi banana chahunga, uski zindagi ka hissa nahi banna chahunga toh woh soch ghalat hai, mai nahi!

From today’s episode, looks like Abhir has no issues with Docman being his dad. His only complaint is that he doesn’t want to leave his parents and move to Birla house. Instead, he wants Docman to come stay with them like he did in Kasauli. I think this reaction is mostly because of the way the custody case and the truth was revealed to Abhir. He was not prepared at all! He is a child and he got to know the biggest truth today and he is unable to digest the fact that everyone kept this from him. While he is trying to digest it, the parents make it even worse by cooking up some insane reason to make him leave. Instead, the parents should have made the child understand that - Docman did not know until recently and he just wants to spend some time with you. Don’t worry, you are not going forever. We will keep meeting. Or something along those lines.

Now, even if Abhimanyu decides to let go of the sole custody and send Abhir to Sharmas (I honestly think they should settle with joint custody), or if Akshara “the lawyer” decides to re-open the case for sole custody, one thing that will never change is the fact that Abhir from now onwards will be Abhir Abhimanyu Birla. I think that by itself is a huge win for Abhimanyu. 😊

How is he siding with Manjiri? It was MG who started the case and he fought usme kisi ki side ki kahan se aayi baat?

He have shown empathy towards the child always... also its court orders ki Abhir uske saath rahe and he thought Akshanv will tell the truth the Abhir and handle it- its not his fault that they lied and was not able to make Abhir feel secure.

He made Roohi understand, talked to her-

First question is What right he deserve on Abhir? He is already namesake father, DNA father, legal father to him. But try to understand that moment when Abhir's mother needs his father most he was not there. Now please don't blame this for AK. Maine dekha hai usne call kiya tha, batana bhi chaha tha but he said mujhe AK se koi lena dena nahi hai. Such a heart breaking moment it is. That time AK decided Abhir is only her son. Only she will decide for him.

Manyu himself lost that precious moments due to his anger. Now he has to earn that haq. Rone-pitne se nahi milega. Why he didn't assure AK that he will not snatch him? He just want to part of his life. He wanted to keep Abhir with himself. Maa ka paida karna, apne khoon se seechna, din raat apne bache k liye dua karna baap k DNA or paison se haar gaya.

Exactly. He has always kept Abhir and Roohi feelings his top priority thats why the children feel safe to talk to him.

Akshnav has always fought about financial condition in front of kid and how his school fees is such a tension but today they have crossed several lines. The way they lied when he said docman ne bhi jhuth bola, ur real wale papa wanted custody while it has always been them talking legalities and taking action but now blame Abhimanyu for reacting.

Yes and Abhir will know who is his real dad and I hope they show document correction varna sach mein makers ke office mein dange karungi
