I'm feeling bad for Abhir. Poor kid 😔. He does not even know that Abhimanyu is his father.I haven't seen today's episode yet. Can anyone explain how Abhimanyu won Abhir's custody case?

No one won. This could have been resolved with a single conversation, but then there would be no show. The only good about the show is the acting. Everyone was amazing today.

So akshara losing abhirs custody isn't her karma ? All those months of mental agony wherein she was living in fear that abhir will be taken away was also her karma ..she started it so she had to face the consequences ..

Normally, a judge can ask a child incase he/ she is 13+. In other cases the judge decides on case basis..the mother is awarded the custody in most cases unless it's financial issue or she is proved to be mentally unfit to care for the child..in abhirs case I guess the judge decided based on financial aspect..that's what I read

I have a question for the judge - What exactly is Abhir supposed to learn from Abhimanyu? How to behave like a love struck person to your ex publicly (which includes her husband as well) while being in a commited relationship and not allow your fiancee to break off the relation too! That's a solid threat to AkshNav's wish for Abhir's future martial relationship. But for the judge, Money > Values 👍🏼

Abhimanyu's - the ultimate sympathy taker! He was like I won the case but I am not happy because others pain , though caused by me, pierces my tender heart. Yes, yes, your First World problems brought fake tears in my eyes. I knew nothing pleases that man.

Chalo, Birth Certificate will be changed and Akshara will face a separate trial? investigation? for it. One thing which got a closure today. Court proceedings are a joke here. Akshara will be fine. Feeling sad that Abhinav's name will be removed.

Manjiri fed up of Abhimanyu's crying as well. Set him right in Kasauli before and now today in Court. Caught his hand (🤣) and pulled him out. Nothing likeable about her except for the pleasure I receive when she turns her self conceited nature on Abhimanyu.

Mj might have bribed the judge or who in their senses will give the rights of the kid just based on financial conditions ? And she said she is giving the judgment just thinking about kid’s POV and well-being !
Ok good ! They asked Akshara to change the name of the father ! but did judge have partial amnesia that She forget how Akshara has been treated on the white day ? So by sending Abhir to Birla’s she expects him to learn the same from them ?

What a hypocrite Mj is ,a few days back she was supporting shef with shivu’s case aab maa ki mamta kaha gayi? Selfish women her selfish beta!

All 3 parents could have discussed and solved the issue but none did causing pain to the kid all failed today as parents!

It was so painful to see a mother losing her kid just because she is poor ! They have no logical reason to give the rights to toxic Birla’s so money played key role ? Money >>Values ,love in a kid’s life !

But one way it’s good that Abhir will know the true colours of Birla’s! He should address AbM as Sir as AbM did to his father for abusing his mother! He will reject AbM and Dida just like Ak did ! Only then they will learn their mistakes !

Ruhi understood Abhir’s pain but not his soul connected baap and perfect family wala dida!

That's my point. If he losing his son is his karma for his actions then losing her son is her karma for her actions. Everyone is facing the consequences for their actions.

I have stopped expecting anything logical about the storyline. Manjiri bribing the Judge would infact make perfect sense. As my BFF ❤️put it to me, doesn't the judge feel Abhimanyu will pay for child care if if Abhir doesn't stay with him? Akshara is Bio parent like Abhimanyu, 'Parenting' parent like Abhinav in addition to being the Mother ofa a 6 years old. She cannot lose the case on any 'logic'. So, yeah, typical ITV rules to further the story.

The Judge was the most money minded Judge I have seen on ITV 😆 She didn't care about anything except money 🤑 I started remembering those 'caught in the wrong job' ads. 😆

I really don't have any soft feeling towards Abhimanyu. When Abhinav was confronting BP, he could have have confronted BP as well. When Akshara tried talking to him with MuKa wedding gift, he could have reciprocated. He has seen first hand how Abhir wants to live with AkshNav. Akshara backed off only after Abhimanyu said he feels that BP and Manjiri are right and only law can be fair.

Abhir is such a sweetheart, I don't want him (or any kid) to hate anyone. It's seems likely though.

Abhimanyu and Manjiri - any redemption of theirs will look unbelievable to me. 'Mistakes' list is too long - Hospital, Temple, , Aarohi Engagement, Custody, Kasauli, Perfect Family Change.🤷‍♀️ Though, does look like Abhimanyu will get his long pending redemption at the end of this track.

I don’t want Abhimanyu to give up on Abhir. I have heartfelt desire to see Ak plead her own case in higher court and wrests back the custody of her son from the clutches of the Birlas. Manifesting for Ak supermacy as a lawer.🥹
