Exactly! And the fact that people are defending that Abhinav is weak at the moment due to situations and Akshara giving him importance is correct because that's family. And Abhir looks happy so why should she think something is wrong. In fact somebody told me that there is a marriage in house and Akshara is busy in that since Manjari and Abhimanyu are there. It's like her as a mother needs to be replaced by wife because those 2 relationships can't work together. And the fact that she has seen with his illness and Abhimanyu knowing about Abhir learning the truth before her, also did not wake her up to the fact that her son is capable of hiding his true emotions from her. Whether he is scared, uncomfortable or just doesn't want to worry her isn't the point, the mere fact that he is capable of that and yet she feels he is smiling so everything is ok is the problem.

Roles reversed, all this would have made so much sense, but the way they are showing, this has gone down Navpma route. I can't even get myself to watch the show anymore. Forget about Harshad Chopra, they are showing so much disregard for the actual child and his feelings and his needs that it makes me scared as a woman who one day wants to have kids of my own. And the way there are posts in the forum justifying this because Abhimanyu is an "abuser" for life, so astonishing because this has nothing to do with Abhimanyu anymore. Till the time Abhir had no idea, that narrative made sense, but Abhir knows, thanks to dil ka rishta is important but I'll cry kyunki khoon nai hai mera gather, it is now supposed to be about Abhir.

Lets say Akshara and Abhinav win and Akshara decides to use her son's trust in her to never tell him, like BP decreed, would that stop Abhir's questions in his head? He is a child right now, later he will wonder was his mother of bad character. Or if he finds out BP decided, he is gonna hate both BP and his mother on principal. Or Akshnav have a child, which they will since they love each other and that's the only way the manchild will believe and stop crying, won't Abhir over analyze normal sibling rivalry and assume it's because Abhinav is not his real father? They are just getting ready to convert Abhir into another Akshara since when the leap happens, which it will, here they'll show Abhinav taking the promise to look after his little sibling and Abhir would die under gratitude like his mother that the man wasn't my father and yet gave me love.

After yesterday’s episode where AK was completely thinking about her manchild and ignoring her son. I got so scared as a woman. I completely agree with what ever you are saying. After listening to AK’s dialogues it got me thinking do we have mother’s of this kind? I can never be a mother of that sort. What kind of woman does that to her own child? And trust me the way they have degraded her character even if Naria Sharma happens AK would be bad mother to her as well.

That's where I got concerned too. I don't care about the ships and all that, they are showing Akshara, someone who lived a similar trauma, a music THERAPIST by her education, have complete disregard for her son's mental condition and only thought about her husband. I would rather not be a mother than be that mother. There are enough neglected kids in the world already to add more to it.

Did any of you watch the precap? I don't know if they show it or not, I did hear they showed Akshara bashing Manjari for what she did and kudos, thank God the woman finally stood for what's right and spoke up! But the precap shows Akshara and Abhinav telling Abhir the truth, which is his real father wants his custody. That is so manipulative without the child knowing his father! Obviously Abhir would say he wants to stay with his parents, which child wont, if he isnt abused at home? They are doing this only to show Abhimanyu he is being a monster by wanting to be in his son's life since that's what's led to the custody battle, not BP because he is an elder. Abhimanyu is just gonna be hurt because obviously Abhir will say I want mumma papa and then Abhimanyu would feel guilty for his mothers doing and deliberately lose the case. This track is about Abhimanyu losing and before that, them showing the beautiful amazing Abhinav and Akshara going through pain for their son, because only they matter, Abhir also doesn't to the writer also, so how would he to Akshara. They are painting the real father a villan to the boy even before he knows who he is. Akshara really has learned law really well, she cannot lose this because she is a bad lawyer.

And Abhimanyu had dropped the custody, so why doesn't Akshara say her BP wants custody to decide he knows about his father or not. Isn't Akshara very conveniently choosing what truth to tell her son and what to hide? And how to tell him?

Its good Akshara has moved on happily in her relationship, she felt her relationship with Abhimanyu to be toxic which gives her full rights to move on and be happy, alone or with someone else is her decision purely. But the way makers are showing Abhinav as Abhir's father but Akshara as his wife is where I am not liking it. She is barely attuned to her child's needs, his illness, his stress, his search. She calls him a smart child, but then figures she told him I'll tell later and he won't try to find out himself. And when she is being told by someone, instead of saying let me observe my child and if what you said is true, I'll talk to him, she gaslights the person and cares more about what Abhinav would feel. Her child is allowed to be uncomfortable but her husband isn't, so clearly, he is more important. She wants Abhir because he completes the happy family, and she gets to do thu thu thu. They barely show her with Abhir, in fact all important interactions are given to Abhinav to make him centre of Abhir's world.

It comes off as she has made sure Abhir gives more important to Abhinav than her so that when he finds out truth also, he won't want to leave Abhinav and she will still keep her happy family and nobody will call her out for not letting Abhir be with Abhimanyu. If they took the story there now, at least her complete detachment from her son's feelings would make sense!

Love how people here are conveniently forgetting that if it wasn't for Abhinav, it's possible that Abhir wouldn't have even been born. So why WOULDN'T she want Abhinav and Abhir to have a great relationship?

There is again absolutely nothing wrong with wanting that, in fact Abhinav is Abhir's father, there is no question of that. I am a Krishna bhakt, so me saying adoptive relationships aren't real is not even possible. The problem is with Akshara taking a step back for that to happen. She fought Abhi to keep the babies, yes she did not care for them in the beginning like she should have and am referring to picnic not the white day and all, but she did grow into it and kept Abhir safe and brought him into the world, which was hard for her. But they haven't shown her to put Abhir that much in center but rather Abhinav, even for Abhir she keeps Abhinav more in center, which makes sense NOW when Abhir knows he isn't his father, not before. Whether you want to admit or not, makers have ruined Akshara as a mother to force people to accept Abhinav. People would have accepted Abhinav and loved the couple even if they showed Akshara a strong mother who's center is Abhir and his feelings when it is about Abhir. It's her caring about Abhinav's feelings more than her son's feelings is what's upsetting.

What ever AK is doing is pure evil first of all both the achha couple never told Abhir who is his real father and now they are just telling him that he wants to snatch you from us. I’m telling you her character is degraded to a new low every time. And Wow!! What a mature decision by BP that if AK wins the case we will never let Abhir know about his biological father. I mean where is everyone’s brain here? How can you Goenka’s and Sharma’s not understand what turmoil that child is facing and it will lead to serious identity crisis for him.

Just for the sake of starting another track they are pulling this stunt without even thinking what they are showing to the audience.

Exactly! I never say what happened to Akshara was correct because it wasn't, but it's not like she did not have a hand in the chain of events that happened! She has always been portrayed as the victim of that day, and yes, she was, but she wasn't a victim without blame. And she has never for a second repented that! Her pain is valid, but why does that have to make everyone else's pain invalid? That's exactly what Manjari did, so how exactly is Akshara better than her? Because she is choosing to not be in a toxic environment??

Evil is the right word you chose! Abhimanyu didn't decide custody battle, BP did and very conveniently Akshara and Abhinav have decided to be the good trusting parents to tell Abhir that his real dad started it to take him away from them. Akshara always had Ph.D. in being bechara, and even Abhinav has the same degree, and they have learned how to use it to manipulate everyone to feel sad for them and hence, do as they want. Arohi seems to be the only character that seems to have been right about Akshara and Abhimanyu from the start. Abhinav only kept saying we should tell Abhimanyu the truth, I really want to know what outcome he had expected? Abhimanyu to become the fun uncle to his son??

I had seen most of the clips online, but just watched the episode. A little too late for Ak’s dhamaka speech to be honest and most of it delusional again. She was praising her 6 saal ki shaadi and pyar, and I was like isn’t it like 6 din ki shaadi, Udaipur trip ke pehle tho sirf roommates thay!! Rightly so you can’t trust people who left your side when you were weakest, but same applies to her, how can anyone trust her to make sensible, rational decisions.

Abhi-Ar marriage went this far because Ak didn’t open her mouth about Abhir. She let Manjiri/Abhi/Ar/Ruhi get tangled in this mess to preserve her lie. If she was strong and capable of facing the truth and situations, things won’t have complicated any further. But she wanted to run and hide. And even now, her concern is her AA and behen ka rishta. I mean she still wants her sister to marry her ex-husband who is father of her child 🙄🤯.

Manjiri is delusional in expecting Ak-Abhi-Abhir to be back like nothing happened, but Ak’s delusion is unmatched!!

Coming to precap, let’s wait for the events to unfold, because I felt different scenes were stitched together in precap. But yes, Ak telling Abhir about the custody case like this is immature and would just add anxiety for the child. I don’t think there was any need to do so, other than to depict “we want to tell you the truth but…” leading to more confusion for the child. Let’s c what Abhir’s reply is. But my suspicion is that it would be a googly and he would say he wants to live with all of them or wants to spend some time with his rwp. Maza ayega if that happens 😆

I feel she only wants her behen ka rishta so she can be sure her son would remain with her since she knows her sister will never take the responsibility. The sisters are the only ones who know each other well. Akshara knows Arohi is selfish enough to not share her daughter's space and father and Arohi always knew Akshara knows how to cry and make herself be the victim and bechara, Akshara landing up with a husband who is also the same is a bonus. That's actually why I like their couple also despite being a Harshad fan, they both can cry and reduce water shortage in the world and it works for them, they cry and others solve their problems and yet they get to be the nice and good people while everyone else, even those who helped them, are evil people.

I really hope they don't do what they showed in precap but I have a feeling they will. They have degraded the characters so badly that I actually tried to find a way to block hashtags on instagram so I can stop being shown the precap or scenes and getting drawn into this yucky show that's right now only giving negative vibes for me.
