If I had to put it from a western perspective, it's the difference between 'I love you' and 'I'm in love with you'. You can love someone but you might not be in love with them romantically. Its very clear that no such affirmation has happened from Akshara to AbhiN about this.

Everything has been from the context of Abhir and Akshav as parents and nothing in the context of AbhiN and Akshra as lovers.
