Why is Abhimanyu becoming another Akshara ? - Page 6

He had problem with only Ak hiding truths. He did not have problem hiding Ak’s pregnancy complications and let Arohi blackmail him or his hand injury. He was also okay with bhaag ke shadi with Ak and was trying to convince her to do the same, even before breaking an arrangement with her sister. He also did not have problem with Manjari hiding Neil’s truth. Baki koi aur kuch hide karta hai to he has had problems. So he is just selective around hiding truths, as for him he or the great Mata are allowed to hide things

I think that whatever Abhimanyu does is of no consequence here. It is Akshara who needs to be clear and open with Abhinav.

I do feel in matters related to Abhir, all 3 should be on the same page if they are trying to co-parent.
She has been like this since the beginning. She didn't herself tell Abhinav about Abhimanyu being her ex - he figured out on his own and confronted her. Her first reaction to any such situation is to hide it from people who may get hurt. And after her talk with Abhir she should have been more confident about talking to Abhinav - I think he would be happy and proud more than hurt that Abhir is not being stubborn to find his real father. And if he were so insecure he wouldn't have asked Abhimanyu to stay with them.

Abhinav may give space to Akshara to talk on her own - but how much time she takes to do so is on her. She should realise that Ruhi also knows the truth and with everyone coming together for the wedding, if it comes from someone else it will hurt Abhinav a lot more.

I don't think Abhimanyu is trying to impress her, he is just trying to maybe earn his forgiveness from her and show that he is trying to change - since she told him that he will end up hurting Abhir too. He is trying to improve as per Akshara's suggestions: respect, listen, now empathy. And I feel he is making efforts so Akshara accepts his presence in Abhir's life - which seems to be working as she herself said it would be good to have him around while Abhir is healing.

Completely agree to this that more than Ab it will be Ak's fault if her relationship suffers a rift or mu. She has already witnessed how huge a role her lies & hiding stuff played in the fiasco during Abhira marriage.

She complains Ab never listened to her, but now that Nav openly asked her to share what's on her mind she again chose to lie.. This to me shows a pattern of habitual lying.

In no manner, are the guys blame free. They've their own problems but atleast if not improvement they've a realization of it.. Akshara has no realization of the possible consequences of her lies.

I think it's the free passes she gets after every mess up post-leap, that makes her think her relation with Nav will withstand anything.. and this is where I think she's wrong. Each of these incidents has it's own blow which might not be visible rn (or might come out as small manifestations like after 1st UD trip).. but it is making a dent.. Idk what makers are planning but if they show Abhir's truth blowing up & Akshnav having a fallout bcos of that.. That event might've the largest impact but these small ones will have a contribution as well..

As to Ab, I'm not sure as of now whether he's impressing or asking forgiveness (the screenplay & dialogues are really bad).. But this I'll readily give him that he has always been clear & consistent regarding what he wants & feels. I might not always approve of his antics, but I can v.well understand his motivations.

He always had problem and disliked when Ak used to hide things/truths from him. That is one of the major reasons for their tiffs with so many other reasons .But she never changed herself that’s a different thing altogether and can’t expect anything more from her.

Edited: For the ppl who are trying to defend that it’s Ak’s job to tell the truth to Abhinav and not AbM’s. I know that and I have no hope on her that she will ever stop hiding things...plz read the post again. If AbM have no business there why did he snatch the letter from Abhinav’s hand? Abhinav is Abhir’s dad so he have all the rights on him like all the other fathers.

I think her insecurities are coming from Abhinav’s constant stepping back that he is not the real father and his melt down in UD.. but yes it would have been better for their relationship if she had told him the truth at least in the night

Ak’s character is anyways doomed ever since writers put her sandwiched between 2 guys. Ab wo kidhar bhi jae, she will be wrong only😂. I'll go to straight to the second part of your question if he's doing that to create a rift between the couple nd i don't think that's what he's doing.....the ckt is inherently written as very straightforward...if he's maintained to his mother and Naav and AK nd pretty much everyone that he's not here to coz trouble for the sharma's then he's definitely not doing that ... I would guess hes on his respect mission nd trying to make up for his f*ck up 6 years ago nd that's why he's being so helpful nd understanding nd all that...if his mission was to get AK back we would get another mandir confession

This is probably one reason why I never understood why AkshNav married in the first place marriage is probably the most non platonic relationship ever ...why would you enter a marriage if you wanna remain platonic

It seems really nice of Nav to help a poor broken girl marry her nd then never ask for any sort of relationship in return but then that's exactly the kinda repercussions u face for such misplaced acts of goodness...

Even when she agreed to become actual partners with Nav post UD trip one all I saw was her trying to keep Nav as a barrier between her nd AbhiM...so if AbhiM turns nice to hear she wouldn't need any barrier at all nd that' where Nav makes an exit
