Although I still don't get it..

The doctor wanted Ak to be the ghost singer of his sister.. I think that is what I heard.

And Ak tells AbhiN about them having a gift shop in Mauritius. So why was she away from both the doctor and husband? If she was the ghost singer why was she the gift shop owner. And why take Kairav with her?

So I will try to be as concise as possible but the big three reasons are this: Abhimanyu not trusting Ak, Ak's proofs getting hidden by Mahima, and Abhi testing Ak's love.

Mahima blamed Kairav for Anisha's death, I think it was either he forced her to suicide or he literally pushed her. So the police were after Kairav. Ak meanwhile believed in Kairav, but she left for Abhi's hand issue. Abhi saw footage that Ak left with Kairav so believed she left for him. After 1 year, Ak met Abhi and asked for 24 hours to deliver proof of Kairav's innocence. Meanwhile, Manjari got into coma or something and Abhi was waiting for Ak but she never came to the hospital, she went home to give proof. Mahima found proof in Abhi's room and hid it. After that the next day Abhi went to Goenka's house and got BP and Kairav arrested. Ak was angry, Ak and Mimi told Abhi what she did and why ( sacrifice for Abhi's hand). Abhi did not agree with this, he thought she should not have sacrificed for him because his one rule was no sacrifice. And in doing so, she destroyed a whole year of their life and potentially their entire marriage. He said she didn't do sacrifice for him she just did Mahanta and its not love. She got furious and said you don't understand love and left.

Then a bunch of issues btw birlas and goenkas which led to bad stuff happening on both sides. Abhi thought that his being tied to Ak was making it worse so he filed for divorce. Part of it is also he wanted her to reject divorce and try to work things out. She for some reason accepted divorce ( it was honestly not clear). So that was the divorce issue.

After a LOT more stuff happened, Abhi found the proofs that she left and publicly apologized. Then Kairav I think gave Abhi Ak's recordings and stuff and he listened and realized Ak loved him all along and stuff and so he said to get back together. Ak was not on board but eventually agreed cause she still loved him.

isnt it ridiculous that u file for divorce but want akshu to plead and reject it??

the same thing happened this time....he thought akshu will come running/crying/pleading to him...but when she announced her marriage, he and his mamma could not take it.....

It's insanely ridiculous. But I think Abhi thinks about love like that. When Ak was rejecting him repeatedly pre confession, he still never gave up on her and kept coming back. I think he doesn't think of divorce as an end, just as a break up. Which is obviously stupid. But that's why he never moved on from Ak or even knows how to. During the first leap he waited for her the whole year. This leap he waited for six years despite knowing she married someone else. There is just no end for Abhi, he is still not over her. So in his mind, if she loved him she would come back no matter what. Obviously self respect doesn't factor into this and that is the crux of this leap.

Akshu prioritized her family before she committed herself to abhi..and he had problems with it...and abhi always prioritized his family after marriage...and he expects akshu to love him?? and keep coming back to him so that he can throw the divorce papers again at her?? kya definition hai love ki.....

kya banda hai??? are these characteristics not like those of a villain rather than a ML/hero?

i hope ..abhi and his mom should get punished for destroying akshu's life....they almost killed her and abhir....abhir ke twin ko to maar hi diya....shayad....
