What's the deal with Kairav and Muskaan?

I fast forward their scenes so I have no idea what is cooking between them but do you guys think Kairav goes after sisters of her sister's husband? Sounds like a weird fetish

I really want to accept this actor as Kairav but he still delivers his dialogues like Nand Kishor from IPKKND and I picture him as a comic relief in my head

It's awkward only because of age difference shown in the show... Thankfully, I hadn't seen Mayank nor ipkknd to not like Kairav.

Storyline ke hisaab se Muskaan fell for Kairav after misunderstanding talk to some unknown number 😆 ever since then I have rooted for unknown number wali lady and Kairav... Mu continues, plus he seemingly continued like flirting with her too (asking personal questions about having a bf and interfering in her marriage plans) where she believes that he loves her too and confesses in front of everyone. Kairav is like... Naa not happening, and I never said that... Heartbroken Muskaan has apparently shifted to hostel after some drama...

Kairav is just a weirdo when it comes to his reaction to Muskaan and his love story..

Kv Bhaiyya - Muskan didi romance is just a filler. I'm not against it (sorry Sejal 🤣) but not interested in it as well.

I haven't watched any prev shows of his, but I've always found bhayya's dialogue delivery here a bit weird.
