I think his job was to stretch the story but keep the TRP audience hooked without a drastic reduction in TRP. Stretch they did - Dec to end of May. Hopefully the end is near. They will go back to “Rishta feels” and plunge characters down cliffs and leave all the kids to grow up in dysfunctional families with serious mental health issues for the next generation.

I don’t understand this, they have been making this show for 14 years. For four months fans have been complaining that they don’t like this track, they do not like Kai soni, they do not like this whole abhinav akshara track that the makers are shoving down our throats. There is definitely a decreased engagement that I have noticed not just on here in the last month since I have started visiting this forum and even on Twitter. The show has dropped to number three. Why is the production house ignoring the backlash or feedback they are receiving how can they continue to ignore their audience. Are they making this show for trps or for jai soni? If we as someone not involved .in the TV industry can see that obviously the engagement is declining, why are the makers not able to see this?

Yep. Felt plain shitty to me. Honestly, I just don't like Ak as a mom cause she does a lot of "teaching" in a way of manipulating the kid, and that too in such confusing ways. New and old is such a weird way of teaching kids not to be materialistic. She could have taught him to value his old shoes as much as his new ones and not trash them as he could need them in the future- and this way, he has two pairs of shoes. But no, she is teaching him to prioritize whatever is old because it is known and comfortable ? Is the kid never going to get new shoes? Is she going to keep repairing the same pair even when his size increases? I just don't see any "lesson" here, just plain manipulating for the moment, and that too to make Nav feel better.

Loved it, wish he could also try to "parent" Ruhi. Arohi does all the parenting. Abhi only treats Ruhi like a princess, but he seems to have no authority to actually parent her or teach her anything. Like even when Arohi is shouting at Ruhi or something, it is very clear that Abhi has no place there. He tries to stop it, but Arohi pretty much never listens.

I feel like Abhi has just never really parented yet. He has had no authority to do that. Ruhi is Arohi's kid, not his. And he has to always respect it, even when he thinks she is wrong. On the other hand, Nav can oppose Ak and can treat Abhir as his own child. Same with Abhir, I think Abhi might end up getting no chance to parent the kid, only treat him as special.

Makers are making sure ex-FL & forever Vamp are on the same plane

Both using their kids…one to quench her ego, the other to quell her insecurities.

Makers degrading her char with cringy scenes. They showed how good upbringing he has and now why are they adding scenes like those?
