Thank you Abhimanyu for not initiating court battles

Glad to see abhimanyu character said otherwise today.

Character talked in detail about ugly court case and what turmoil the kid would go through that’s why he didn’t initiate anything like court , custody etc after knowing truth.

I had expected this from Abhimanyu that he will understand how ugly can be court battles and how it can affect of child’s psychology.

Restraining order will initiate everything from tomorrow. Restraining order is the first step of solo custody. Akshara is open for court/custody etc that’s why she has taken first official step of sole custody with restraining order.

Now Abhimanyu will fight against Akshara ‘s restraining order.

I am glad Akshara is the one who took first step for court/custody etc.

Akshara ne isse pehle bhi legal way ka point initiate kiya tha on abhir’s birthday. She had openly showed her willingness to initiate legal battle. Ofcourse she is confident because she has awareness of law and surety too about mother’s chances of winning case for solo custody battles.

Aise I am in favour of legal battle kyunki isse story aage move karega irrespective to end game.

Custody case has no purpose since custody hamesha mother ko milti hai, it’s just a timepass and more dragging lekin fir bhi it’s journey to see manjari kaise mooh ki khati hai jab court yeh declare karega ki mother has more right on child than grandmother.

I will not say Abhimanyu kaise mooh ki khata hai because mai hamesha parents ke bich mai joint custody chahti hu and I hope court Akshara ke restraining orders ke against ja kar joint custody de.

I don’t want any of party to have solo custody of child or can have restraining order for other parent.
