My main point is dono parents ko ekdusre ko clearly bol kar bharosa dena hoga ki both are ready for joint custody and not enforcing solo custody on each other.

Akshara ko baat sirf bacche ki joint custody tak rakhna chahiye. She is Abhinav’s wife now. Usko kya fark padta hai uska ex-husband mumma’s boy hai ki nahi, egoistic hai ki nahi, compassionate hai ki nahi vagera vagera. Usko kaha abhinav ko chod kar Abhimanyu ke sath fir se byah rachana hai jo yeh sab nappa-tulla karne baithe.

Ex-couples isiliye toh ex bane hote hai na 😆 Amir Khan, saif ali khan, karishma Kapoor, Charu asopa, karan Mehra , juhi Parmar aise bahot couples dekhne ko milte hai jinki ugly history hai but child ke liye joint custody le kar middle ground accept karte hai. Kaha inn sabko apne ex partner ke sath fir se byah rachana hai jo yeh dekhne baithe ki unka ugly divorce ke time kaise kya kyun hua tha.

So now he is a little.kid whose mind must not be poisoned with the bitter realities of the past 🤪 And the same kid must be told abt his biological father at this age ..wahan koi complication nahi tha , wahan akshu aur abhinav villain hain👏

Abhir must know each and every detail of how his mother was treated by his bio father.

Honestly there's a way to do that....bccho ko age appropriate cheezein nd age appropriate dhangse se btana is very important....kya bche ko baithake iss age mein smjhaya Jaa skta h ki he has another dad yes...pyaar se baithakr counselor ke saath...ghum handled this in a nice way honestly...they emphasized on it..is it age appropriate to discuss the white day with him...i don't think so...he can know things didn't work out nd can discover why in future... atleast at that point he'll be mature enough to understand what's exactly being told to him...can judge abhiM for what it's worth.

Shaleen and daljeeth are best example for that. Daljeeth was facing some dv i guess if i am not wrong but now shaleena nd daljeeth both are co parenting. Daljeeth married some one else and she is settled with her kid over there. Shaleen do not have problem as he can go and meet his kid whenever he wants.

Everyoen deserves second chance. Even criminals.

Things r obviously a bit different irl...nd ak might as well apply the forgive and not forget approach...she should for her own sake forgive ( she seems to have panic attacks every hour these days)...but aisa hojayega toh show chlega kaise so she won't do either...nd tashan baaji will continue

Your first paragraph is what you want to conclude without reading. It’s not my words or my belief in my post.

For second para, As a mother I am strictly against this psychology jaha kisi bhi chote se bacche ke dimag mai zehrili baate daalni ho. Mera thought process bahot clear hai , mai apne bacche ke dimag mai kisi bhi halat mai zehrile sach and negativity na daalu.

As a mother, my belief is quite strong when it comes to my child or any child. Duniya ki har ek maa apne sath apne pain, baggages, bitter experiences dusro ki wajah se le kar chalti hai chahe woh orthodox saas ki wajah se ho , dedhshani nanad ki wajah se ho yah mamma’s boy pati ki wajah se ho lekin maa ke apne pain/baggages/bitter experience ki negatively ka saaya bhi bacche par kisi bhi haal mai nahi padna chahiye yeh mera manna hai and apni iss soch ki wajah se Maine yeh post banaya hai.

That’s why i believe in middle ground as a mother.

PS : agar pura post nahi padhna hai toh you can straightly jump on my paragraph 7 to understand how you have falsely concluded things in your first para.

Even adopted children are not told that they're adopted till they reach a certain age and maturity to understand.

Abhir now doesn't know but he will very soon discover everything ..if there is a custody battle he will know..he will know abhimanyu is his bio father bec abhim can't hold back ..he will ask why they're not together..

How the parents interact leaves a deep impact on the children . When abhim saw his father abusing his mother, he started hating his father ..if he misbehaves with akshu in his angry mode , abhir will notice it automatically ..when ruhi will accuse his mother of "murdering" her father , abhir will know..when his dadi will abuse his mother , he will.know...when arohi taunts akshu he will know... . It's abhim who is exposing abhir to his family, their history and past. Akshu was trying to protect him all this while.

See I'm not saying abhim must stay awayfrom abhir...but can abhim handle all this maturely is to be seen. He is focussed on what he wants . Did he ask abhir what he wants ?

I never said abhim is a criminal.

I'm all for second chances but that , akshu will decide. If and when she forgives him ,that day everything will change ...he also has to forgive akshu and not repeat the past mistakes.
