Because Akshara is foolish. She'd rather endanger her child and make her pregnancy more difficult than go back to her family. She is living with her family now, doesn't seem like she can't tolerate them but all the hardships she had to face during pregnancy, wouldn't have existed if she had gone back home

She simply repeated ki mein nhi Jaa skti coz it's not good for everyone...how she came to this conclusion no idea.... she had no resentment towards her family , she was in her head sacrificing for them...she could've still chosen to take their support nd establish her life somewhere else... that' what i don't understand.... except for TV show h isliye

Wohi toh baat hai na! Pet mai pal rahe bacche ko kela khilane ka bhi paisa nahi tha aur Himachal mai lene aye hue uske dadaji ko wapas bhej diya. Tab toh abhinav ke sath shaddi bhi nahi hua tha.

She also said if she went back she'll be stuck there n will not be able to move on. She told her friend that everything is v.complicated there & she needs some alone time to reach a firm decision regarding her future. Around her family members she wouldn't be able to make an independent decision & that place would remind her too much of Abhimanyu. She said that would be best for the families there n herself. She reached that conclusion bcos in d beginning of d episode, she heard BP saying that tho he loved his Akshu a lot he was also feelin bit angry with her bcos, even tho by accident, indirectly she was d reason Neil died. He also said Abhimanyu's priorities have changed overnight so much that he doesn't even wish to come look for her or even know in what state she is. This is what's shown as Ak's pov in d episode.. rest we're all free to interpret & perceive these scenes as we see fit.
