Who will stop Akshara from going to US?

Eventhough the confrontation happens, Akshara isn't going to bow down to AbhiM. Even if AbhiM files an custody case, he can't get a stay that quick to stop them from traveling unless he files an police complaint against Akshara and get her arrested. So how does the trip not happen?

Don't think so deep or logical. She will be stopping by abhimanyu only and they won't go without filing any case. This going to USA itself is only for drama and before that abhi to know the truth.
