What happened with financial situation?

Before they didn’t even have money to afford good hospital? Abhinav sold everything ti pay off Kasoli hospital bills.

Now Birla hospital bills are waved off by Abhimanyu.

But what about USA expenses??
and most importantly Passports / visa ?? And Akshara/Abhinav’s self respect and not getting money from nobody… and all those….

They are acting as if they are talking about going from Mumbai to Delhi.

Kairav/Manish probably paid them. Akshara is finally using her power as a Goenka heiress.

They weren't obsessed with paying everything by themselves. Abhinav and Akshara only wanted to pay what they can to their best for their son before asking the family for help. After they found out that they don't have the power to do that on their normal salaries, they then chose to go the easier route - sacrificing their self-respect by asking Goenkas (Akshara's family) for help.

In today's episode Aarohi said all the expenses including surgery, medicine, staying, recovery period expenses covered by Birla Hospital.

Since when did Aarohi get the power the handle the money of Birla hospital. I hope everyone finds out she was trying to send him away. Manjari can see what a seedhi sadhi bahu she is gonna get. Probably Abhi is giving her all the authorities now that she’s gonna his mrs and he’s in zombie mood

It was said a few episodes ago that Abhi is paying for the treatment and Arohi confirmed this today that Birla funds are being used for the treatment.

Either it's the funds Abhi had saved for his twins or Birla hospital does funds anyway to help some cases.
