Honestly, I don’t know. I really want to believe my good friends here in the forum who absolutely believe it’s going the Abhira way and Nav is a diversion for important life lessons that Abhira must painstakingly learn.

But from the beginning RS, HC have spoken about how it’s a story about two people who “think” they are in love and are “in love” with the idea of being in love - whatever that means. So perhaps it’s about falling out of love, and then finding true love, who knows?.

I think that’s one of the reasons also why they are not having much Naach Gaana or grand functions and happy moments this time as compared to previous seasons he mentioned recently who wants to see only NaachGaana ( I am paraphrasing can’t remember his exact words) and people don’t want to see happy scenes of leads.

So who told him to run the show for this long. If he wanted to run the same plot but diff reactions he could have done spin off. And if not that then come up with new songs and everything. Don’t make it generation leaps 🙄

I think he was trying to cleverly use the YRKKH brand as a cash cow. Every plot that was discussed and perhaps discarded from S1/S2 was probably taken out of the vault, polished and redeployed for S3 - he didn’t invest on tight writing unless it was absolutely necessary.
And we see the outcome. I don’t think he expected most tracks to fail post confession and wedding but they did. So they made hard decisions and destroyed the essence of Abhira and brought in crosspairs. I think they are still in destruction stage.
