The divorce definitely has happened officially else abhimanyu would have mentioned it when he demanded abhinav to return akshara to him unfortunately. Also you are right about the birth certificate, if the mother has put another man's name on the birth certificate of the child instead of the real father's, then the bio father becomes almost downgraded to nothing more than a sperm donor then because he's not even the father on paper, and the bio mother herself allowed that to happen, so how will abhimanyu legally be able to exercise rights?

I do actually hope someone on this forum can maybe give a little insight into the legal impact of akshara naming another man as the father on her child's birth certificate and if it can effect the legal rights of a bio father in real life?

Sammy, this is DKP court of law, RS is the lord. Here a biological father has every right, wait for him to find out the truth and he will demand with full haq that his son not be taken anywhere without his permission.

I did like what Diya came up with earlier. Abhir insisting Docman is the only one allowed to do the operation, Just today he said no fear when docman is here. AA and AR can go to the corner and cry sharing their DDP.

BC: For the BC to reflect AbhiM as dad they will need to file for that change. There will be a DNA test required and mother’s permission.

New laws do not require dad’s name in BC it can remain blank. But our Ak put fatherji’s name there. A woman can put a step dad’s name there if the man accepts the responsibility of welfare of child

Divorce : Divorce by mutual consent requires at least two court appearances in person. Which we know did not happen. Plus they used this trick in S2 apparently.

Ofc we know this is a show so they willl take artistic liberties.

AB, my heart just bled for this guy today. Mera jnr😭😭. I felt cheated of a longer breakdown. HC💕💕💕, never lets you down even when script doesnt do him justice. The eyes as soon as AK asked the most hurtful question🥺🥺🥺. I cant see him suffer anymore, common on give this guy a break please.

It may be just me, I felt the screen may have been cut short. Couldnt connect with PR's acting when she was shouting at him, I could only see shouting but not a mothers emotion. The transition as soon as she realised what she had said, again I felt could have been done better.

AK's breakdown near the car, I thought that was for her feeling bad for what she said rather than relief that Abhir was safe. Anyone feel the same way or was I imagining it. Again no POV of AK, so very hard to connect with her. AA clearly has no clue who AK is. Being mahaan again. Ok what was in that file AR gave, I am sure it wasnt the blood report, did she sneak in the US doctor info in that?

AR no words, but I felt Mahima sensed something. No comments on Mahima bringing back Parth to birla house or Shefali letting him stay. Mahima, AR and Parth will be one team to make AB's life even more miserable.

Nisha I also felt the scene was edited. She just started to shout and no POV. I was just telling in another post the emotional scene of Abhimanyu makes me want to be on his side always! We is such a brilliant actor! Aarohi must of gave the US docs info, cause how else would in precap they decide they are going.

I just hope ak gets a reality check soon, i know she’s hurting but if we got her POV, her breakdowns we would be able to connect with her and sympathize with her.

Yeah I hope abhir refuses to go to US and says he only wants to be treated by his docman, but whether AA and AK will even listen to him I doubt, but in this state abhir shouldn't be given any emotional stress anyways so if he is more comfortable being treated by abhimanyu they should drop their zidd and listen to abhir.

Hmmm, matlab when it comes to BC then akshara may be hindrance given it was her decision to make abhinav the father of abhir and gave him permission to sign his name as father on the BC, so even if abhimanyu gets to know truth akshara toh won't budge at all as her fears will kick in and perhaps then she will even bring up the fact that abhinav is legally abhir's father too as he is namef as abhir father on the BC.
