Hey everyone, very vibrant yet thoughtful post and responses , most amazing aspect is we all have the sensibility to respect people who are less well off(financially poor).

Akshara character was totally flawed since the initial days with abandonment during every crisis situation, her only consistent trait.

I felt she was being cruel to abhimanyu during the post Udaipur track days and is continuing to be cruel even now to her little son. The family in kasauli was a facade built upon lies and tracheary, so it was always calm before the storm and the longer the calm the bigger the storm. Proof she was scared about showing abhir birth certificate to Abhi.

IMO she should have revealed that abhinav has done them so much despite him not being the biological dad and his real dad(abhimanyu) had abandoned them. Children usually have the ability to absorb and understand facts better than us when revealed as a matter of fact rather than being struck by a thunderbolt kind of sudden revelation.

Sadly I find Abhimanyu swinging between either the borderline obsessive compulsive lover or careless callous husband, ignorant of surroundings when he's drowned in his victimhood mentality.

Manjari to me is the most dangerous saas similar to akshara she hides vital facts and like abhimanyu her affections are borderline obsessive compulsive love without any healthy boundaries.

Finally AA is too vanilla, there's no valid reason behind his love for Akshara, also he has no reason to support her lies in front of the world.

I agree with others wonder what makes abhinav like akshara and the haste with which akshara tries to move on with AA, post Udaipur is really ridiculous.

This part looked like sudden application of old piece of software with different requiremnts in the new prod environment.

CVs achanak jazba badal diya, Sabkuch badal diya all for the cruel TRPs and dropped us in a bottomless pit of taking sides.

Hiding facts to favor someone amounts to conniving with them and cannot be considered as selflessness, so abhinav isn't selfless.

Finally we should all agree that Life is not about absolutes, we do not live in a perfect world. But lying and hiding facts are non-negotiable sins. Akshara, Manjiri and Abhinav have committed those crimes copiously the inconsistencies of characters is the main letdown for me. .🤪

I'm tagging the ppl I felt like responding, we might disagree but please consider my perspective as well.

I know that the first leap was about Abhi not trusting Ak, but it is really hard. Even when she is not actively hiding stuff, she is slow to communicate. If they do eventually get together, how can anyone trust her? How do they plan to bring about her redemption?

I understand that she lies because she doesn't feel safe sharing her feelings or, in this case, her son. But even if Abhi loves her and forgives her, won't he always wonder what else she has the capacity to lie about?

I absolutely agree with your post, but given Abhi’s ckt and the way they have shown he loves her my take is that Ak can turn into axe welding monster and he will still find a reason/way to run to her.

And Ak’s ckt is so loosely written and fickle that the plot will be somehow justified eventually. Her constant trait shown though is to run and hide from problems rather than face them.

Take for instance MJ accident track. He initially had his doubts about her but didn’t take him long to flip. Completely agree it wasn’t Ak’s fault but nonetheless it was their car so in a sense they (including her) were responsible to atleast step out and check. When she knew they had caused MJ accident, she told Abhi behind the curtains - and I agree that all of this and what happened next is plot convenience to make it more dramatic, but if you take Ak’s actions here on face value she just brushed the incident under the rug like ho gaya I told Abhi, now I am done/safe. If she had an ounce of guilt/regret for her actions she should have apologised to MJ, should have told BP and family (I find this very strange, while in college if I lost 100rs note, I’ll go tell my mum and here they caused an accident but didn’t bother telling their family even after telling Abhi). Anyways Abhi put all that aside and still went running saying “Meri Akshu” and justified everything by saying it was all her sacrifice for Ar. But not a thought for why she didn’t tell anyone or apologies to MJ after talking to Abhi about the accident and just pretended like nothing has happened.

So give Abhi enough time and he will run to her, will even mend his ways and overlook her actions - like he did after leap 1 just to be with her.

I loved the sequence where naitim agreed to marry akshara and his family was keen on fixing Tilak.but he said he won't agree until akshara would also say yes.he waited and when he got confirmation from akshara then only he gives his final answer.

I compared that with first Tilak where abhimanyu just assumed things and wanted everything in his way.

This particular sequence tells me how makers degraded their gold show by showing their as a typical mcp..

Again I am not saying she was lying for the fun of it. Of course, the circumstances were bad, and she responded by hiding and lying. No one in this story is scot-free, obviously. Abhi never lied about Arohi, never claimed to love her, and never said he didn't love Ak anymore. He said he would try to move on, which he was doing. In any case, I understand that there have been awful things done from both sides, but Abhi's anger issue is what the redemption arc is about. He has not been angry once after the leap except for the Parth issue. Ak's lying will be dealt with in the Abhir track. But here, her lying did not just impact Abhi, it also impacted Abhir and really everyone.

But I agree that if Ak can somehow forgive Abhi for the white day and everything since then, Abhi should be able to forgive Ak for hiding his son.

But what does proposing marriage mean? When if he will always love Akshara and never live Arohi , proposing marriage means he will stop actively trying to pursue Akshara right? At least that much is expected ? But that is all he did in that marriage track .. emotionally blackmail Akshara and he was not upfront to anyone about it right ? That is what I meant by not having one face .. hiding how he was being with Akshara from everyone while he was celebrating wedding rituals on the side .. anyway I am trying to cut off from watching .. if it sounds like things start being palatable to me I will come back to watch else read updates .. thank you for your different topics 😊

I agree with that. He has always had different faces with Ak and other people. Even in the current track he didn't tell anyone what he did and people blamed Ak for leaving him. I understand your perspective. Thanks for an engaging debate.

Not everyone is able to face the problems head on specially those who r sensitive to people around them... This has been akshus core trait which abhimanyu is well aware of..the only question is did he accept her with all her weaknesses?

her intention is never to "run away" or hide or lie or hurt anyone . Take for example arohi. Is she sensitive to any person's needs except herself ? So she faces the problems head on and also able to manipulate others to her advantage. It's akshus weakness n that's how different people are , we cant debate on that. It's her weakness that there was never a balance in her and arohis relation and later ,abhimanyu & Co. Vs her..

Isn't it the case in real life too? To focus on one person , 10 are ignored...at one point her focus was arohi , at times abhimanyu at times manjari at times the orphan girls .

In the incident you mentioned , she was only thinking of arohi and she did talk to manjari (it's been long so I don't exactly remember ) and manjari only asked her to forget about it , move on and not tell abhimNyu ..still she made an effort to tell him n under a misunderstanding believed that she did.

Jo do log ek dusre ke sath compatible nai ho woh dono sath na rahe aur baccha dono ka hai so dono ke yaha aata jata rahe like normal divorces mai hota hai.

Aisa koi zaruri nahi hota ki baccha aanewala hai toh maa-baap ko forcefully sath mai rehna he padega.Agarvkoibsath mai rehne ka suggestion bhi de toh apne uper hai ki divorce ke baad reconcile karna hai ki nahi karna hai.

In the era of sms, whats app, face book,twitter. people are justifying abhi ne phone nahi uthaya 😊 And akshu was not lkg fail who don't knw how to use above things. She could have even spoke to manish and told him that abhir is abhimanyu's son.

But she had all the contacts to chit chat with him but she can't disclose the truth 😊

All I could understand from this thread is that Abhira were never meant to be...

Both of them cannot understand or accept other person wholeheartedly...

Both did not trust eachother during crucial times

Both of their weakness and faults got magnified when together...

They were mostly not happy in their relationship... Nor were others...

So ... What was attractive about them again?🤡🤡
