Akshu can make him confess but we all know when ppl starts blaming her she just stays silent and take the blame. She has a trauma linked to it and arohi and manju can very well use this to harrass her that's when abhi will confess that's how his character will be redeemed is what i feel.

I agree that in ITV they will not show the mom loose! During kairav’s custody case a lot of fingers were pointed at Naira and Kartik came up and said I will not have anyone say anything against her.

Both of their cases can be strong, because ak did not tell the truth, and Abhimanyu turned his back on her, both wrong but both had reasons. The courts will look at different angles, right now Abhimanyu’s financial stability is better but his family environment is toxic, the way they raising the kids is horrible!

I personally think the only thing Abhimanyu has better right now is financial stability. He currently is not married, works odd hrs.. while Navshu are married, have been raising Abhir decently, currently they don’t have money but thst can change. Or courts can say that Abhimanyu has to pay child support but the custody stays with ak.

I want them to show co-parenting, because I don’t want Abhir to live at birla house without ak, since this people are toxic!!!

But Does the court not ask who the child wants to stay with?? And then based on that the custody is given once all facts and evidence is shown.
