Heartbeat may be detected between 5½-7 weeks, so early pregnancy loss or rather a silent miscarriage may be somewhere around 2-5 weeks? IDK, I'm just guessing lol. But aren't silent miscarriages usually associated with chemical pregnancies? I believe they are.

as the makers didn't show any medical procedure involved..she didn't get any medical procedure ..see if they have done something like other user mentioned Abhir might not be alive today..

so only scan happened, and the trace of Abhir was missed in the initial scan..so he's alive..

There's spontaneous abortion in which there's missed abortion, incomplete abortion, recurrent abortion, inevitable abortion, threatened abortion, complete abortion. Regardless of the procedure, miscarriage in itself is a health risk and can make a patient prone to sepsis and hemorrhage. Just because one doesn't see a procedure nit being done doesn't mean the person is physically fit. In that case, people who delivered through normal vaginal delivery wouldn't have been prescribed prophylactic antibiotics and hospital stay for 3 days.

Yes she is in early pregnancy...thats what they showed in the show... after she moved to Kasuali she and Aarohi were creating na photowalls starting from 4th month. Chemical pregnancies are those who ends within 5 weeks.
After 5.5 weeks the size of gestational sac increases and yolk sac also starts to develop. We can see fetal pole and cardiac activity in between 5.5 to 6.5 weeks of pregnancy via transvaginal scan.

Silent miscarriage is also known as missed miscarriage. when missed miscarriage happens Women doesn’t start bleeding spontaneously, it can be detected only with weekly/monthly scan. Mostly missed miscarriage happens around 6 weeks of pregnancy when gynaecologist finds no cardiac activity along with yolk sac.

Punishment and guilt ka koi lena dena nahi hai. Kabhi kabhi logo ki puri zindgi nikal jati hai lekin unko unki wajah se jo hua uska guilt toh chodo realisation tak nahi hota hai.

Dukh manane mai aur guilt feel karne mai bahot fark hota hai.
Guilt bhi tab he feel hota hai jab koi realisation ho.

She has nothing to feel guilty about. Neil is dead because it was his fate or writers pen or more accurately actor wanted out i guess. and one baby is dead because 2 babies for a female lead is difficult to manage, difficult to direct, too many kids on set and it is too much hassle. so whatever happened was never akshara fault so there is nothing to be guilty about.
