Him not going to Manjari, my observation was similar, He no longer finds comfort and doesnt feel she understands him anymore. He is slowly moving away from her and Manjari with her shaadi obsession has not even realised how far she has pushed him away.
Like you, I was very glad it was Shefali who he broke down in front of and not Arohi. I know he wouldnt have infront ot Arohi, but he needed someone who could listen without passing any judgement. Shefali acted well too. Her concern seemed so genuine, unlike Arohi, she needs to come with a guide for us to interpret her expressions. Anyway she doesnt exist for me.
I also so wished he had broken that marriage as he himself was broken, but makers love to make a fool of themselves by repeating the Neel was a like a son dialogue and going ahead with father-in-law, daughter-in-law wedding😡😡😡. No doubt Arohi's pause is really temporary to maker herself look more mahaan because the minute Manjari hears it she is going to start cursing Akshara again and Arohi this time will even defend Akshara. Makers still havent run out of asian paint.
Did not watch Mr and Mrs Sharma scenes, whilst I want to believe he is holding true to his name tag, I feel he is still reverse psychology. His resistance is making her do all kind of stupid things. She looks set to make a mistake she will never be able to forgive herself.
HC, the actor absolutely supreme. Even pain is delightful to watch. No one could have done justice to this role. He can make you hate him, love him and feel sorry for him, but when he is in the scene you just cant ignore him even when he has no dialogues. The voice modulations, the nerves on his neck, every part of his body can express emotions so well making you watch a sad scene on loop.
Where will they take this, well wedding is still on and Akshara will continue to push to take her relationship further, will something big happen just before she commits something she cant undo or after we have to see. Whatever it is I am still sticking with Abhira being the end journey but I really dont want things ruined so much that we dont even enjoy their journey back together.
