We should not have our hopes on Kairav. He had one scene in one episode and we haven't seen him since.

I think makers want to emphasise on the blood connection and show that abhi understands abhir because of apna khoon and abhinav won't even after staying together for 6 years. This will be stressed upon during the custody battle or might be the turning point of abhinav becoming insecure.
