The male leads are often turned into a whole new character to accommodate for the female lead to become "free" from all the cruelty she has faced whilst being with him. Example is Kartik. He had multiple marriages out of nowhere and though I never watched season 2 with dedication, I watched enough to know he was never like that. People love to watch such things I dont know why? I need to conduct an experiment on the ITV audience.

Having said that, I haven't seen any show where they flip the whole storyline in few episodes. I was still watching Abhi kiss Akshara's stomach and bam next minute I see him walking away from Akshara in the hosptial. Like wth? Neil's death wasn't enough explanation as to why Abhi would suddenly stop caring for Akshara.

I want to see Abhir meet Abhi and Abhira interaction but idont think I can watch Abhira together now. It wont be the same.

havent watched season 2 or other DKP shows, is this a pattern with DKP? The sudden change is what has thrown us all onto a spin. Blink of an eye leads were turned into villains and villain into an angel.

agree 100%, dont know if Abhira will ever be the same. My heart bleeds. People are predicting that they are building the story up for another generation leap. So they wont even attempt to bring Abhira back to their original glory.

I am sticking with it for Abhi and Abhir bonding as well. As for Abhira, but I'd happily take them any day over other cross pairing makers may shove down our throat.
