Arohi tried to cover up her mistake and threaten a nurse. She wasted time covering up her mistake when she should have told the attending in charge what happened so they could have figured out faster what was going on with the kid. She nearly killed a child. Yet only suspension for one year (per the writers)

Anand is an alcoholic and should be going to therapy but for whatever reason show rather focus on all the family drama and not address the underlining issue. The condition could be get help to address his alcoholism and maybe they could review his license. Not trying to down play what he did but they had been showing that he was dependent on alcohol. Alcoholism is a drug addiction and makes people not properly think things through. Their cognitive right and wrong is blocked. Their body is only waiting for the next hit.

That being said. What I meant by one year is that is what the show will do is just say one year in the writiers logic. Not saying I agree simply stating this is most likely what the show will say happens.

I understand what u mean. But hoping they’ll show any actual social issue in a practical, dignified manner is a mistake. They haven’t addressed any social issue properly. Right from hit and run, to marriage abuse, to mental trauma.
