I cannot feel the connect.

I have been watching soaps since a long time but this show is a drab. Both the leads are good actors but damn is the show boring. Yrkkh used to be a good family drama now it is stephenie Myers's Twilight emo romance.

Yeah not gonna lie this season just doesn't feel as good as the previous two seasons. The reason for that to me feels obvious. The story of the leads is poorly developed and rushed and their chemistry not explored/ romance of leads neglected to show an overdose of family drama.

The thing with the previous seasons, and particularly with Kaira love story is that both couples of both generations were given plenty of time to spend together, romance and get close like a normal couple and drama was put in here and there but plenty of romance was still there and separation tracks were brought in much later in the show (for kaira their first misunderstanding/ separation+ leap track happened roughly more than 2 years after their marriage had been shown), for abhira their first separation happened within less than 6 months after their marriage and even then those first few months was riddled with family drama where abhira barely spend much time together and barely any romance was shown and they never had a first night or consummation scene at all unlike naithik-akshara and Kaira.

Honestly the only enjoyable track so far in this season has been the pre-abhi marriage track. And that is all. After that abhira romance was so minimal.

Track executions where family drama was shown were also poor. For example, the neil adoption truth was an absolute joke. It started with neil's paternity truth, but that was barely focused on as they then jumped to make it all about abhira misunderstanding and divorce of harsh-manju. That track was all over the place and jumped from one thing to another without actually giving any importance to neil and how this truth revelation will affect the family dynamics which would have been far more interesting, but instead they neglected neil altogether and started jumping from abhira small separation to harsh-manjiri divorce. It was all the more stupid given how they sort of hyped up the adoption truth from start. Supporting characters being poorly utilised is one of the biggest issues as well.

This show has downgraded the romance level from the previous two seasons, and the cultural aspect that was beautifully shown in previous two seasons too is also missing here.

Agree its been a rather a depressing few months for yrkkh! Very little happy moments and very little romance! They don't even show the lead pair alone enjoining each others company! It's like two min lollipops and the rest is ott drama and depression! I'm hanging on for hc and pr (Abhira)

I tried to hang in for HC and PR but the Birla family toxicity is on an another level altogether. Even the Goenkas were not toxic before Naira entered. In that Shubham track too only Swarna was against Naira rest were trying to support Naira here entire Birla fam is against Kairav and Akshu.. I have taken a break from this show after the leap started

They should have developed some kind of bind before..also a separatoon this quick is a big trouble. The way they have spoiled every milestone of abhira relationship, is upseting for me. separation thoda bad me ata toh better hota, not even a single Birla is in akshu's favor. Pta ni makers kha dimag chla re h. Tbh after all this mess is sorted out, i want abhira to take break from all these people for her mental peace and go away from this family. And jbtk al of birlas don't start appreciating her, they shouldn't return
