Secondly, you can lay your 2 sister and their bond story to rest. That was IN plot which was needed to begin the show and establish dynamics.

YRKKH is known to focus on couples post marriage and loyal audience as well as new audience want them to do just that. Gen 2 started as how N will reconnect with her family and what not but she was married off to Goenka's and Singhania characters were slowly written off. They are already laying base for juicy Birla family dynamics for a while and there is frankly nothing left to explore in the sister angle.
