Is akshara adopted

The way goenka's behave with akshara, it seems as if only arohi is their real daughter. Th way kairav left akshara alone in hospital was not agreeable with me. Did he forget that akshara too suffered a severe panic attack?

Though akshara asked him to leave as she has to talk to abhi yet he could have stayed with her till abhimanyu comes out of OT. Rest of the goenkas can take arohi.

Let's not forget that Goenkas were ready for Aarohi's shaadi the day after Akshu's life threatening accident!!! 🤢

They do behave exactly like what you wrote…to top it we have to bear dialogues written for aarohi like mere baare mein kisi ko fikar nshi n all …matlab insaan jaaye toh kahan jaaye 😅
