I think she will tell Abhimanyu truth because she really loves him and saw his pain.. And she is getting strong these days so I chose second option,,

I feel just like season 2 she would want to tell him truth and go to tell him but he will somehow get to know the truth before itself which will make him misunderstand akshara and there will be a fight
