A little detail about Abhi

What I wish to know and discuss about is the parallel that was played out today...the bike entry ....initially Abhi i guess did it to shock akshu and get her because he felt thats the way to get things done.but y now? Is it just the makers trying to impress the viewers or a particular character trait is being highlighted? Abhi i believe wanted akshu to play holi which is ok but she refused....y he had to be a little forceful? The scene was romantic but Abhi remained adamant to take her along ....it was slightly high handed and shows that he exercises complete right over akshu...what is doubtful is now things are fine and romantic but if it gets the other way..will he respect akshu's choice?they have an age difference but somewhere he is a little overconsuming at times i feel....

Pls share your opinion about the scene and about this trait of abhis character..

I think he was trying to make her feel comfortable with Holi. My husband does the same too. I don't like Holi and he loves playing so I end up playing too. And they both did put on each other while dancing so I think he knew she was comfortable. That's my opinion.

I don’t think he was forcing her..she didnot like mud so he washed himself just to make her feel comfortable..😜he like any guy just wanted to apply color on his would be wife..🥰this was his first holi n he wanted them to celebrate it together..😎a simple color application on her cheek thts what he wanted to do😳.kahan apne sath keechad main le gaya..😂😂

I agree with you I guess I was not able to put forward my point clearly.What I meant was that the whole holi bit was super romantic but the bike entry parallel reminded me of his engagement with Arohi and I didnot expect the memory to be happy enough for abhi to repeat....I mean that time he did it against akshus wishes but this time he need not have been this adamant to get akshu....I mean it could have been gentler....

Abhimanyu is a bit stubborn and doesn't give up easily that's why he comes across as forceful sometimes but he respects akshara's wishes..like when she asked him not to play holi with her in those muddy and dirty clothes then he quickly took his shirt off and washed himself and he also draped that curtain and covered his body just becoz akshara asked him to..but he didn't want to celebrate holi without her so he took her with himself

This is exactly what I felt....can't agree with you more....see akshu has already accepted him..reciprocates his love and has given him rights so y the need to be so stubborn...when akshu as much as even asked about arohi he didn't seem happy but was rather unhappy about it....what I can't get it b4 I could understand his adamant nature since akshu at times did give him mixed signals but y now..when he knows how much she loves him

You r correct. What I didnot get is his method of doing it...I know he supports and cares about akshu more than anything but I feel at times he need not be so persistent about it....its ok because akshu did enjoy the holi but what if she actually didnot ....I mean somewhere he does not give her the option to say no...like she didn't wish to go to the birla house but he took her...what I feel is he sometimes becomes all consuming for akshu..

The memory of Abhi taking Akshu forcefully was definitely not a happy one and that is exactly why they showed this because they need to replace that sad/angsty memory with something happy.

I am definitely liking this that they are replacing the sad memories.

And obviously he was adamant to take Akshu with him but relationships me this much is ok. I didn't think he wasn't gentle at any point..

Yes that's true i really like your view about the parallels being made to replace the unhappy ones with the joyful memories. I didn't mean that abhi was physically aggressive no not at all ..but I just felt that getting into ur own Fiances house in that manner shows a somewhat high-handedness which was not really needed now that they r in a happy place
