Honestly she was not trying to spy on their romance. Infact she seemed totally ok with that today and not jealous. She also said main Kahan fass gayi. She is just roaming here and there to make sure Akshara doesn't reveal about accident which is kind of stupid but makers are doing that to Doctor I can't believe.

She showed zero interest in Abhira romance.

All she cares about is that SHE shouldn’t get caught. For that she needs to know what Abhi is up to. She’s is shadowing them so she can stay on top of the situation. In fact at one point she even hoped Abhira would continue romancing so that Abhi is distracted from pursuing the case. And she is right, Akshara is going to blab any minute now!

At the moment she doesn’t care two hoots about ruining their haldi or shadi or romance.
She is focused on saving her own hide!

Aarohi thought that abhimanyu went to meet police but abhimanyu was in goenka house to celebrate holi with akshara

And following abhimanyu wouldn't change anything..because the police will catch the culprit and tell to abhimanyu..so what can aarohi do by keeping an eye on abhimanyu
