Abhi had not accepted BP's proposal, said he would let him know because he had thought about leaving this place so many times but thoughts of his mother stopped him...he made it clear to BP that if he left his family on BP's request, would BP really want a guy like him for his granddaughter because in future this same guy might leave her as well?👏 I really liked this dialogue as it's so true. He then asked his mum, she hesitated to answer clearly which was his own answer - she will not leave her husband and Abhi cannot leave his mother.

Nor did he make a decision on Akshu's behalf - he was only thinking as per his agreement with BP. I know some people might be upset they left Akshu out of it but the thing is characters can talk to other people and ponder about things. When decision is made, if Abhi did not speak to Akshu, make it clear the process he arrived at his decision then yes we all should be upset that he did not speak with her. Just because they are in love does not mean they cannot now take an independent decision of their own. However, when it affects their relationship and each other then it is a must they should speak to one another as soon as possible.

This is why Akshu annoyed med...she pre-empted Abhi's action...I wanted to see when he would speak with her. However, people are making references to hindu mythology - which I don't know enough - so maybe as per that convention she has done correct. No matter what, I just did not like her acting it was just too loud and overacting much!😆

He did not have time to say anything. It was a private conversation with BP. Then he spoke to his mum. He was now deciding what to do when Akshu started her drama!

Honestly, love does not mean you share everything 100%. There are times you protect to spare them hurt, sadness, anger and etc and other times because you want to think it through as it was laid out to you and affected you the most. This condition has more than one implication. Yes it affects Akshu, but it affects Abhi more than her and so the onus is on him to decide, think and then share. He had only got to step 2 and then drama started.

Real and all encompassing love means still retaining your autonomy with room for individual and couple growth. You of course share things but when it is relating to you personally, then you have every right to decide for yourself and also decide if you want to share. Love also means protecting your other half - yes this can be contentious - and when it is nothing but pure love even the most angriest person will eventually understand.
