I think the Rudraksh ke garland she made for Abhi she will end up personally putting it on Abhi when she meets him, so symbolically she will marry him on MahaShivRatri day. If that were to happen she will be fasting for sure.

Yaar Abhi needs to be very patient..He is doctor, very sharp intellectual person while Akshu is very kind, gentle hearted person...not so intellectual in terms of accomplishment and success. She never has kept success, name fame as her goals in life. She is craving for family love and to be with them..So she is still in the mode of family jaap.

Now Abhi is distancing then she will not able to live without him...his love will pull her

I was thinking about that - If it turns out that Abhi is not a Birla by birth he might need a place to stay. Maybe he will be welcomed into GH - hopefully MG only has an issue with Birlas not sharing information upfront and not with Abhi as a prospective husband for Akshara.
